"All our work is gone. Ultron cleared it out, used the internet as an escape hatch," Bruce explained, running his hand through his hair. There was a lot of tension in the room, no-one quite sure what to do.

We were all gathered in the lab, some of us still slightly unsettled.

"Ultron," Steve repeated.

"He's been in everything. Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other," Natasha said. This caused me to tense up automatically. I didn't have the prettiest files.

"He's in your files, he's in the internet. What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?" Rhodes said.

"Like a pirated movie?" I asked sarcastically, rolling my eyes. We all knew what Ultron could do, how much stuff he could destroy.

"Like nuclear codes," Maria spoke up, sending me a 'not funny' look.

"Nuclear codes. Look, we need to make some calls, assuming we still can," Rhodes said, leaving the room. Obviously wanting to take as much action as he could.

"Nukes? He said he wanted us dead," I said, looking around the room. I was starting to feel antsy, I didn't like that he got away like that. That he could be anywhere. "I feel like we're just sitting targets."

"He didn't say dead. He said extinct," Steve clarified, mulling over what exactly this could mean.

"He also said he killed somebody," Clint brought up.

"But there wasn't anyone else in the building," Maria told everyone. Calming the fact that no person was harmed.

"Yes there was," Tony said, speaking for the first time since we entered the lab. He flung up the 3D image of Jarvis. It was now completely destroyed, pieces of the android dismembered.

"Damn," I muttered under my breathe. It was so low I don't think anyone in the room heard me.

"This is insane," Bruce said.

"Jarvis was the first line of defense. He would've should Ultron down, it makes sense," Steve pieced together.

"He had to get him out of the way to get to us," I added to what Steve was saying. I chewed on my fingernail as I continued to think what all of this could mean.

"No, Ultron could've assimilated Jarvis. This isn't strategy, this is.. it's rage," Bruce explained.

Then Thor walked over and gripped Tony by the throat, everyone in the room tensed up. I stood up completely straight, ready for anything to happen.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! It's going around," Clint said holding out his hands. Thor merely glanced at him, his eyes locking onto Tony's.

"Personally I think Thor has the right idea," I commented, relaxing as I let Thor take over the situation.

"Not helping," Steve said quickly. However, Thor gave me an approving nod, showing he appreciated my statement.

"Come on. Use your words buddy," Tony wheezed out.

"I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark," Thor growled.

"Really? I only have one; asshole," I muttered, once more Thor gave me a nod. I could tell we were definitely on the same page. But Steve sent me a glare, I shrugged in response. I knew he would say something to me later.

"Thor! The Legionnaire!" Steve reminded him, Thor instantly let go, but he didn't take his eyes off Tony.

"Trail went cold about a hundred miles out but it's headed North, and it has the scepter. Now we have to retrieve it, again," Thor growled. His eyes burning into Tonys. There was also regret in his  eyes, he was the one who gave Tony permission to screw around with the scepter.
