The Beginning

Oh God.

Bella's POV.

I walked out of the coffee shop and saw Alex.

"Bella are you ok?" I nodded.

"Fine Alex." Alex followed me.

"You're not fine. I heard what you said." I whipped around. "About your dad and your real mum and stuff." I looked at him. "Ok you're freaking me out."

"Sorry but whatever you heard isn't true. Briar Lowe is my mum." Alex grabbed my hand.

"No she isn't. I know you Bella." I looked at him.

"Alex if you knew me. You would know to leave me." I then walked off and jumped in my car and drove home.

I walked through the door.

"Hey Bella." I smiled.

"Hey Mum." She smiled.

"Can you bring the horses in and then dinner should be ready." I nodded and ran off to the stable. I brought in Barcelona and finally Valencia. I looked at Valencia and then decided to go for a ride down the road and then come home for dinner and finally a swim. I tacked up Valencia when I heard a scream. I kicked Valencia on and saw Nicole on the ground. Briar was running towards her. I cantered Valencia on.

"What happened?" I said pulling her up. Unfortunately I'd only managed to get a bridle on Valencia.

"I fell of the fence trying to mount Brampton." I looked at Brampton through the fence. He leaned his neck over.

"Bella go put Valencia away. Why don't you two go for a swim after that?" Briar suggested. Nicole nodded. I trotted her back. I patted her face as I untacked her and put her away.

"Sorry. I promise tomorrow."

Alex's POV.

I woke up the next morning. I couldn't stop thinking about Bella. She had me wrapped around her beautiful finger. I jumped out of bed and headed downstairs. I poured myself a bowl of nutrigrain and checked my phone.

Amanda: Want to come to mine for a swim?
Me: Sure after school?

Amanda: Yep. Michelle and Cole will be there and I'll ask Bella.

Me: Sweet.

Bella would be there and hopefully in a bikini. I quickly got dressed and rushed to school.

Bella's POV.

My phone chimed.

Amanda: Want to come round for a swim after school.

Me: Sure see you at school.

I scanned my tog section and picked a swimsuit from the Kendall and Kylie collection. I chose a blue and pink animal print Bikini. I put in a towel and chucked the bag next to my school bag. I then packed my school bag and had a shower. Once I was out I wrapped myself in my robe and scanned my wardrobe. I pulled on denim ripped Jamie jeans and paired them with a blue and white striped Bardot top. I found blue wedges and a long white cardigan. I then plaited 2 small locks and pulled them in a half up half down hair do. I curled the ends lightly and started on my make-up. I did a light blush with a light grey eyeshadow and I applied Expose K to my lips. I did a thin line of eyeliner and walked downstairs.

"Morning mum." Briar looked at me.

"Hey. You look nice." I smiled and took a seat. Briar served up scrambled eggs on toast and pineapple juice.

"So what classes do you have today?" I shrugged.

"Math, Science, English, speech and law." Briar smiled.

"Cool." I checked my phone and Nicole came downstairs. She ran outside in a cute floral dress. Briar followed her and Nicole came back inside.

"Hey Nicole." She smiled.

"Hi Bella." I smiled. I finished my breakfast and brushed my teeth. I came downstairs. I wanted to get to school early.

"I'm off." I hugged Nicole. "Have a good day. Oh and I'm going to Amanda's after school so I'll be home around 5 or something." I said. I picked up my bags.

"Ok have a good day." I jumped in my car and drove to school.

I parked my car and walked inside. I saw Ms. Callie. She saw me.

"Bella." I turned to look at her.

"Yes." She smiled.

"I saw your email." I nodded. "And I have some sheets for extra credit this week." I smiled. 'Would you like to come get them now?" I nodded.

"Yes please." I followed Ms. Callie to her classroom. She opened the door and I smiled. It always smelt nice in the law room.

"Here is the sheets for this week." I flipped through about 20 pages. 'And I'm confident you'll get it done." I nodded.

"Thank you." She smiled.

"See you 5th period." I walked out and pushed open the door. I walked straight into someone.

"Omg I'm so..." I looked up. Alex.

"Don't worry I'm just..." I brushed past him andwalked towards my locker. I opened it and dropped in the books I didn't need.Alex called my name and I spun around and walked as fast as I could to thelibrary.ͭ֠
