The Beginning

Flying To NYC.

Bella's POV.

Friday came so quickly. Before I knew it I was at home packing. We were flying to Harvard tonight and touring tomorrow. The air was chilly so I went to my winter section in my wardrobe. I scanned the section. I tugged on MOTO blue Joni jeans and paired it with a long sleeve pink ruffled top and a white long cardigan finished it off. I added small hoops and tied my hair in a high pony tail. I then applied Koko K to the lips and a light dusting of eyeshadow. My flight took off at 7 and it was 6.15.

"Hey Mum we need to go." Mum came out and helped me with my suitcase. I slipped into my crème ankle boots and Nicole came down.

"C'mon Nicole hop in. Let's go girls!" I jumped in the front seat and we drove to the airport. Mum parked by the entrance.

"Bye honey. Text me when you land, have fun and have a safe flight." I smiled.

"Thanks mum." I gave her a kiss and grabbed my suitcase from the back. I walked inside and saw Ms. Callie with Alex, Max and one of my friends from class Emily. Emily was blunt and would make a perfect lawyer. Alex waved and I waved back.

"Hey Bella." He said. I kissed him.

"Hey." I checked in and we waited.

"Excited?" Alex asked. I nodded.

"Yeah. I've never been to NY." Alex smiled.

"Ok guys time to board." I managed to get a seat next to Alex. I chucked my purse under the seat and buckled in for the ride.

Alex's POV.

Bella soon started to zone out. She looked at me as she tried to stay awake.

"Go to sleep Bella." I whispered. She nestled her head in my shoulder and I stroked her hair. Slowly my head started to droop and I think I fell asleep like that.

Ms. Callie woke us up and we landed. It was around 9 when we hopped in the cab and arrived at the hotel. Ms Callie checked in.

"Hey guys unfortunately they only have 4 rooms with double beds so someone needs to share." She looked at us.

"We can." Bella and I said. Ms. Callie raised an eyebrow.

"Ok. These are your rooms. You 2 have 2 keys. I'll see you at 8 tomorrow for breakfast." We wheeled our suitcases to our room and Bella unpacked her stuff. I lay on the bed and switches on the T.V.

"You can use the bathroom first." I said to Bella. She smiled and came out in a navy pair of PJ's. I changed into boxers and a t-shirt. When I came back out we hopped under the covers and watched T.V.

"I'm not even tired." I said. Bella nodded.

"The sleep on the plane has left me wide awake and there's nothing on T.V." Bella said. I looked at her and she looked at me. I went towards her ear.

"Pickup from English." She turned her head and kissed me. We stopped.

"No." She said. I looked at her and we both burst into fits of laughter! And then we went to bed.

Bella's POV.

I woke up the next morning and Alex was still asleep. I snagged the shower and looked outside. Sunny. I decided to wear a waved hem black skirt with a light pink blouse and a black blazer. I wore black kitten heels and medium hoops. I did my hair in a braided bun and I applied Dolce K to my lips and a light pink eyeshadow with a thin line of mascara. I applied contour and walked out of the bathroom and saw Alex.

"You look so professional." He said. I kissed him.

"That's because I am." He laughed and went into the bathroom. I grabbed my white folder with paper attached and I added black, blue and red pen inside and a yellow highlighter. Alex stepped out. He had swept his hair to the side and was wear a suit.

"You look perfect." I said. He smiled.

"Thank you." He grabbed his navy folder and slipped on his shoes.

"Shall we?" I asked. He nodded and we walked down the hall. I tucked my phone in my blazers pocket with my keys. Ms. Callie met us in the foyer. We had breakfast went back to brush our teeth and returned in the foyer.

"Ok please behave you're representing Calabasas high." I nodded and stepped outside. 3 cars waited. I jumped in one with Alex.

"Nervous?" He asked. I nodded.

"Dying here. This is Harvard I need to make a good impression." He smiled.

"You'll make a fine impression." I smiled and the car stopped. I looked at the window. Harvard was huge. I stepped out of the car and we were greeted by a lady in a pencil skirt and a white blouse with a blazer. She had glasses. She looked at me.

"Welcome everyone. Today you guys are getting tour of campus and looking at some of our classes and courses. Please right this way." We walked through the entrance and that was the start of the Harvard journey.

Alex's POV.

I walked with Bella back to the car.

"Harvard was amazing!" I smiled.

"Definitely." We stepped inside.

"These kitten heels are killing me." I laughed. We chatted as we drove home. I opened the door and we slipped in.

"I say we explore NY." I said. Bella looked at me. "I'll be your carry cart for shopping." She clapped her hands together.

"Really?" I nodded. "Because I heard there are heaps of mega sales which means... WE HAVE TO GO NOW!" Bella threw stud out of her wardrobe and ran into the bathroom. I changed into shorts and a t-shirt. She came out wearing a red halter neck embodied playsuit. She tugged on chunky white sandals and added a short cream cardigan with a simple locket. She did a half up half down braid and did some light grey eyeshadow. She wore matching red lipstick.

"I'm ready!" She said.

"What lipstick?" She smiled.

"Mary Jo K." I laughed and grabbed her hand. Shegrabbed a white purse and chucked in her phone, lipstick and money. We walkedout and grabbed a cab.
