•Chapter 1.8•

- Task Two : Fight -

Haylee was bruised and cut up as the water pounded her back. She stared at the water draining down the shower drain as she thought about what she went through.

' "Please Bellatrix, stop!" She screamed and Bellatrix lowered down to her level. "Why should I?" She hissed at the blonde.

Haylee tried to look at her, but just stayed looking down at the floor. "Because it's been over 24 hours. I need rest." She whispered and felt relaxed at the moment.

"Poor baby Potter doesn't understand. Until you stop screaming that's when you rest!" She screamed making Haylee jump and she felt another wave of pain hit her making her just bite her lip.

She didn't scream, she couldn't, because of she did her body would give out at that point. Bellatrix smirked holding the spell just a little longer and put her wand down.

"You're ready for the next task. Clean up and rest you'll need it." She cackled and walked away leaving Haylee on the old floor she tried to get up, but cried in pain when her muscles ached.

She felt someone pull her up and she cried into their shoulder. "Sh... It's okay. You're going to be fine." Draco mumbled into her hair as she cried.

"No, no I'm not." '

Haylee snapped out of it and turned the water off while stepping out of the shower. She looked at herself in the steamed mirror and wiped it off to look at her face. One cut was under her chin while her blue vibrant eyes looked dull.

She had dark circles on her eyes and she put on clothes and walked out of the bathroom to see Draco reading her mother's Journal.

His chest was showing off and shined in the pale moon light while his sweatpants hung low showing his v line.

Haylee didn't care as she walked over to the bed and fell onto it with a slight wince. Draco looked up with furrowed eyebrows.

"She knew my uncle." Draco said as Haylee just stared at the writing of the book. "Liam Malfoy. He died as well once he joined the order." He muttered sadly.

Haylee then looked up at Draco with sad eyes. "I'm sorry." She said and he just smiled.

"It's fine. I only met him twice in my life." He said and Haylee laid down on the pillow next to Draco's.

"Do you know what the next task is?" She asked in terror.

"Fighting. The next task is fighting."

Haylee's POV

I walked down the staircase with aching muscles as Bellatrix waited for me to going towards her. Draco stepped towards me and kissed my forehead slightly. "I'll be with you after you've finished okay." He whispered in my ear making me shiver slightly.

"Okay." I mumbled and walked over to Bellatrix as she grabbed my arm painfully pulling me along the hallway.

I was thrown slightly as she lifted her wand. "Wand at the ready!" She yelled as I lifted my wand up and waited for when she bowed and I bowed back.

"Crucio!" She yelled jut after I flicked my wand. "Stupify!" The purple flash hit Bellatrix in the chest causing her to flip and hit the wall.

Bellatrix got up carefully as Lucius came in to follow. "Now it's my turn." He said and took the sliver snake top of his wand and I just stood there with my wand at the ready.

"Reducto!" He yelled just as I blocked it.

"Expelliarmus!" I yelled and his wand came flying out of his hand into my own.

There was a low clap and I turned around to see Voldemort himself behind me watching. "Very good, Haylee. Now just one more person." He said slowly and I raised my wand at him.

"Let me guess. You." I hissed and he just smirked at me.

"I always knew you were smart." He said and raised his wand as well.

"Legilimnens!" He yelled as I wasn't expecting it as he went through my thoughts.

I was thrown back to when I was always alone and no one wanted me as I was cruel and rude to them.

I pushed him out and fell to the floor. "That's personal!" I yelled at him as he just laughed.

"You're just pathetic. Like your mother." That's were he drew the line and I raised my wand.

"Crucio!" I yelled and he dropped to my he floor withering in pain. Bellatrix grabbed me by my hair as I glared at her.

"How dare you attack the dark lord!" She screeched and pointed her wand in my neck.

"Bellatrix! Stop." His chilling voice pierced through the madness.

"She's ready." He breathed out and smiled at me.

"The last task." He said with a snap of his fingers when I sighed and looked down to the ground.

I'm done for.
