Angel With A Shotgun - The Cab

Kira, Scott, Stiles and I walked out of the hospital elevator to talk to Sherriff Stilinski. We all stood behind the Sherriff who was dressed in his uniform and using a cane. I saw body bags being wheeled towards the morgue on gurneys. This is a lot. This is a lot of dead bodies.

"Who found them?" Stiles asked his father.

"Argent." Sherriff Stilinski said, turning to face us. "And he said the Doctors were down there. He also said you guys might know what this thing is."

"We've got a theory." Scott told.

"It's a slightly terrifying theory." Stiles added. I made a face at him

"Slightly?" I retorted. Stiles sighed and cupped at hand over my mouth, rolling his eyes. I glared at him and shoved his hand off.

"Well, the ME said that victims were killed somewhere else and then dumped in those tunnels." Papa Stilinski informed us.

"Hey, what if the Dread Doctors are hiding the bodies?" Scott asked.

"Why would they do that?" Kira questioned, slightly shaking her head.

"Maybe they're covering for it. Protecting it like a parent would." Stiles added onto Scott's theory.

"Protecting what?" Sherriff Stilinski looking between Stiles and Scott.

"A werewolf." Scott nervously licked his lips.

"It's called the Beast." Kira told the Sherriff.

"We know. Horrifying." Stiles blinked at his father.

"Told you guys it wasn't slightly." I pursed my lips together. Stiles sighed.

"Okay, we get it Nev." I beamed up at Stiles who was getting irritated.

"We better figure out what we're gonna call Parrish. Because it looks like his dream is coming true."

"By order of the Sherriff, a county-wide curfew goes into effect tonight at sundown. All after-school activities are canceled until further notice. Students should go directly home at the end of the school day." The intercom voiced as I walked the halls of the school. I saw police carrying shotguns, all of the students staring at them with wide eyes. What are they doing here? I looked ahead and saw Scott walking up towards Stiles. Pushing my way through the crowd, I walked up to them.

"You don't think this is a bit much in terms of firepower for a high school?" Stiles asked a police officer.

"Your Dad's the one that issued us these things, and he wouldn't officially say why." The officer shrugged. Stiles eyed the gun before he adjusted his backpack.

"Did he say anything unofficially?" Scott asked, looking at Stiles and I.

"No. But everyone's got a theory." The officer said.

"Of course they do." I mumbled.

"What's yours?" Stiles questioned, nodding his head towards the Police Officer.

"I shouldn't be talking to you guys. Don't you have class?" The officer diverted.

"It's just class. Nothing that important." I shrugged.

"Come on, Strauss. What's your theory?" Stiles ignored me and questioned Strauss again. Strauss looked over at the two Police officers a few feet away.

"Do you guys believe in the supernatural?"

"Why are we down here again?" I asked Liam as we turned another corner in the tunnels.
