The Boy Who Changed

Morning of Slytherin

Hermione's POV

I open my eyes slightly and can feel drums pounding my head. I feel something almost wrapped around me, holding me. I turn my head to see a very asleep Draco with his head buried in my hair.

I can barely remember last night. All I remember is kissing him then...I don't know the rest. Wait a minute, he's here in my bed and last thing I remember is kissing him. Oh no please no.

"Goodmorning tipsy girl, how was your sleep?"

Draco yawns and gets out of my bed. "Draco first off, do you know any spells to make a headache go away?"

"Benedril?"

"Hand some to me."

He grabs some of the bed stand and tosses it my way. I hastily open the package and swallow the pill. "So I found out you can be quite the party girl last night." He makes a noise in his throat, "Kiss me Draco, kiss me, I love you not Rob!"

"That's not true. I'm sorry...you didn't take advantage of me did you Draco?"

"If I would've had more than half a glass yes but it wouldn't have felt right on my mind."

"I didn't lose anything to you?"

"No," he smirks, "But now I know your fears Hermione. The dark and being alone, I know you get nightmares. You asked me to stay and so I did. You might wanna go shower and brush your teeth."

Draco leaves me alone in my room. "Meow!"

Crookshank follows Draco out. I thought I put him in his cage!?!? Maybe I opened it?

I shake my head and get up. I grab a my robes and head to the bathroom. I open the door and Draco is standing in it looking at me, "Come on, we need to shower."

"I'm not getting in there with you Draco Malfoy."

"Fine I'll just take a bath in the sink."

He smiles and backs away, letting me through. "Draco get out of this bathroom!"

"Aw why? I need to get dressed!"

I finally notice that he's just wearing a towel, and he has wet hair. "Draco you already had a shower beat it!"

He sighs and leaves the bathroom. I shut and lock the door. I open the shower door and turn it on. Finally some peace and quiet.

"A whole new world. Is waiting for you. To see and feel brand new," I start singing. I wash up then put on my robes.

I open the bathroom door. There's a envelope by the door. It's has my name on it.

"Hermione I had to head to breakfast without you. You took too long so please don't be mad!

Draco xoxo"

At least he left a note. He even put xoxo. How sweet! I grab my book bag and open the door. "Goodmorning Professor Snape."

"Had a fun night with my Godson?"

He shoots me an accusing smile. "Nothing happened Snape. I just get a little tipsy. That's all."

"I can hear everything in the lounge area Miss Granger. Best not to lie. Repeat me, I solemnly swear I'm up to no good...with Draco."

"I solemnly swear I'm up to no good with Draco."

"Good girl, now get to class."

I laugh and follow the halls to the main hall. There are only a couple Gryfindors and the whole Slytherin table is filled. "Draco!"
