more like
a rollercoaster out of control
it twists

turns

leaves us hanging
suspended
lost in the moment
frozen in time
but
ever moving
constant
forward
leaving the past
behind
life is like that
its not always a fairy tale
with a happy ending
more like
a dream, condescending
it flashes
and
spins
and
leaves us hanging
suspended
lost for a moment
unsure where to go
but
ever moving
constant
forward
to a future
unclear
life is like that
its not always our way
more often, the opposite
but we
do have choices
and
even in the
sometimes
confusion
we must still
see the light
the hope
the chance
the greatest present
ever
our life
