 Hot or not

Is Havet really as good as they say?

And is it worth all the money they tell us to pay?

I tried it so let me tell you,

if it is something you should consider to do.

The food I could choose from was a little strange,

and way out of my normal pay range,

but apart from that it was quite all right,

if you like tiny portions and are up tight.

The food, even though I wasn't quite fond of the portions size,

had a taste that equaled the prize,

there were taste combinations, almost all unknown and new,

except a welcomed, well-known few.

And then there was the all the wines,

the smell, the color, and the taste were divine,

I could have sipped of my class all night,

it just felt so... right.

The service was the best I have ever had,

the waitress was smiling, the customers were glad,

they looked so handsome in those waiter uniforms,

and they followed both customs and norms.

The mood was relaxed and room almost felt like home,

and there were smiles where ever my eyes roamed,

silent conversations and laughter filled the air,

even though some made business there.

Almost everyone was dressed in dresses, black and white,

they had properly waited for years for this night,

and then they were treated like kings and like queens,

no one was lost behind blinking screens.

Maybe this helped to that true New Nordic-feeling,

that flourished so well under the ceiling,

the mixture of food and wine were truly appealing,

and the New Nordic-concept no less than impressing.

If there were one thing I had to point out,

I think it would be, without a doubt,

that the prizes didn't fit the size,

but then again: you can always find something to criticize.
