Alexis looked at me and frowned.
"Where is Tanaka? Why are you here?"
I shivered.
Shocked by loud his words were. Shouts echoing through the tunnel.
"I'm sorry...."
My words were scattered and quiet.
"Tanaka told me I could save you by turning you into a human. I didn't want to lose you. Alexis"
The slow tears turned into ugly sobs. As I cling to him in the dark. Fearing for both of our lives.
"Fuyu...."
I looked up. With tear stained face.
Into his demon eyes. Those vivid green fields.
"Tanaka said that?"
"Yes."
"How does it work? Raven might stop if he knows I'm human. I bet this is an attempt to destroy me so my brother has no competition for the throne."
