That night, Ezra decided to stay with Sabine again.
Sabine was quite happy and they were getting ready for bed.
The others kept poking their heads in all like "SO IS THE SABEZRA SHIP SAILING?"
"When's the wedding?"
"Can I be *best lassat?*" Zeb asked
"I'll be your maid of honor!" Gushed Hera
"I can carry the rings!" Said Kanan
"....what...." Sabine asked, mortified
Kanan nudged Ezra "oh cmon I KNOW you were thinking it earlier. I'm a Jedi remember?"
Cue Ezra's cheeks turning red and Sabine blushing.
"Okay okay we'll leave you alone....after all I have a wedding to plan!" Hera said, and they all skipped off
Ezra and Sabine both face palmed
"They're crazy" Ezra said
"Oh do you don't want a wedding with me?" Sabine asked, teasing him
"I do-I mean no-I mean not right now-but I mean yes-er well..." Ezra said now even more embarrassed
"Awww you're cute when you get flustered!" Sabine said giggling.
The two of them laid down talking with their arms wrapped around one another for awhile.
"Ezra." Sabine said, breaking the silence
"Yes Love?" Ezra asked
"Tell me. Tell me why you love me. Tell me what makes you want to be with me every day. Tell me why you wake up and say to yourself *i can't live without you Sabine*. Tell me" Sabine requested calmly
"Well..." Ezra said
He took a deepbreath
"I love you for who you are. You're such a badass. You don't take no for an answer. You stand up for what you believe in. You never let your friends down. You never let me down. You've been there for me since day 1. You've been my friend. You've been my love."
Sabine blushed
"I will always want to be by your side, Sabine. I will always want to hold you. I will always just want to be with you. I never ever want to lose you. On that mission-when you went undercover at the imperial TIE academy-I was broken. I thought I lost you Sabine-I-i thought I lost my true love. My flower. My artist of hope." Ezra said, smiling
"Can I use that catchphrase for my graffiti work now?" Sabine laughed
"In all honesty though...I feel the same way Ezra. I love you. I truly do. And I may sound crazy but- you are the strongest more determined person in the world. I would trade anything to save you." Sabine replied
They both smiled at eachother for awhile.
It was getting late and Ezra was about to climb into his bunk, when Sabine gently grabbed his wrist.
"Wait." She said
"Yes?" Ezra turned and looked at her
"J-just promise me one thing Ezra, okay?" Sabine asked
"Don't ever....don't ever leave me" she said quietly.
"Sabine Wren." He said cheerfully
He held her at arms length.
"I won't ever leave you." And with that they both smiled.
Meanwhile the others were outside the door recording it all and smiling and giggling.
"AWWWW" they all said.
Sabine opened the door.
"Go to bed" she told them all.
They all laughed, but turned and went to bed
Sabine turned back to Ezra who was half asleep on her bed.
She laid down and fell asleep laying next to him.
Hera peaked her head in and said "Sabezra sails again" and with that, she smiled and closed the door.
