Your dark shadow over mine.
Not feeling, not seeing
Your dark eyes on mine.
Not doing, not being
A person you will follow.
But you still do, nonetheless,
You're a quiet, little shadow.
Not realizing, not noticing
My shadow over yours.
Not feeling, not seeing
My hopeful eyes on yours.
Not doing, not being
A person I will follow.
But I still do, nonetheless,
I'm your quiet, little shadow.
And that is how it will be,
Forever and ever.
