Heart Attack

My aching organ throbs with hurt,
The bullets of your words have caused
Blood to spill from the wound,
Reminiscent of the warmth falling from my eyes.

The pain kills me deep inside,
I either away, I cry inside.
My teeth shine outside, my eyes shining bright.
Yet you don't realize you don't need tears to cry, and my smile falters
Inside.

I'm sorry, you're sorry.
Yet you regret what you started.
Now I know how you feel.

You are cruel in doing so, cruel in looking back.
You are cruel in wanting to fix relations between us.

You are cruel, so cruel
For being my heart attack.
