Lana's PoV

"Come ON Lana, you have to get out of bed," Hermione chided.

"Lana likes bed, Lana likes sleep. Therefore Lana sleeps," I muttered.

"Lana, it's CHRISTMAS," She said, "Come ON! Today we're going to have FUN,"

"Today Lana is going to sleep," I said sleepily.

"Lana," She whined.

"Hermy," I whined, "Hermy reminds me of Hermit, which rhymes with Kermit. Hmm...."

"Come ON Lana," She said.

"Not yet Kermit," I said.

"Fine, but I'm going to open presents with Ron and Harry," She said.

"Lana sleep," I said.

After she left, I sat up straight and Apollo appeared in front of me looking apologetic.

"Have you picked which option?" He asked.

"I'm going to do it," I sighed.

I had been thinking about this all night, as much as I didn't want to do it, I HAD to. He looked at me with the saddest eyes.

"You're gonna be all right," He told me, "You're gonna come back,"

I nodded looking down at my toes.

"Might as well make the best of it," I sighed, "I love you Pollo,"

"I love you too Lanie," He said giving me a hug, "And I'm so sorry that things will have to turn out like that. But you could always say no,"

"I know, but I can't. Everything's gonna be better that way. I wish I could be selfish Pollo. I wish I could be selfish and just live. But I'm gonna make sure that the prophecy is complete," I said.

"I could be about someone else," He said helplessly.

It's so strange to see a god look so helpless, you'd think that they can do anything. But they can't, somethings are out of their power. Sometimes people can be powerless, even gods.

"You know it can't be," I said gently, "Just don't tell Percy, or anyone else. Only the gods, and make sure that they don't tell anyone,"

He nodded, and I closed my eyes. A few seconds later, I opened my eyes and my cousin was gone. A single tear trickled down my cheek. Why did everything have to be so hard? Why do I have to be part of ANOTHER prophecy. I wiped away the tear and looked into the mirror, my deep blue eyes staring back at me. My long black hair framed my face, and the waves reminded me of the ocean. I grabbed my celestial bronze knife and looked at my reflection through it before taking a handful of my hair and cutting it off, and let me tell you, it was not like Mulan! My hair felt like it was being ripped out of my skull when it was only getting cut! But I repeated the process until my hair was cut just above my shoulders, and fell in layers.(Kind of like the Pic at the top) My head instantly felt lighter, andI felt so free. I'm not going to hide behind my hair anymore, not that i was before.... My eyes had a hard glint to them, and I didn't look like a little girl anymore. I looked fierce. I took out my wand and made the hair disappear. I let my control over the mist go, and my scars from battle appeared. But I made them fade, good thing I had control over the mist! I picked through my hair until I found that small clump that was still grey from holding up the sky. I took a showed, and then got dressed. I put on some faded jeans, my camp half-blood t-shirt, and a blue camp half-blood hoodie that had a trident on the back, and said daughter of Poseidon. I walked out of the BATHROOM not the LOO the BATHROOM to the dorm, and saw Ron's younger sister, Ginny.
