9- Dominators (pt. 2)

Previously On Lightning Strikes Twice- Dominators pt. 1...

Felicity talks,"that was Lyla, the President's been taken by the Dominators."

"You guys should go," Barry said. "I'm staying here."

"I'm not leaving without Barry," Oliver says to Diggle.

"Then stay here too," Diggle manages to say, and he goes to get his gun.

I look at all of them. I feel like our whole team is beginning to fall apart, and we haven't even fought yet.

"You guys have Supergirl and Electrical Strike," Barry said. "You'll be okay with them."

"But, I'm staying with you guys," I said.

"No you're not. They need you," Barry says.

I bite my lip, and peer into his green eyes. "Okay," I finally murmur.            ///////

"Release the President," Kara said. The single Dominator eyes us, sending chills up my spine.

"We knew you would come," the creepy alien rasps.

The Dominator holds out its arm and evaporates the President before our eyes.

"Its a trap," Jax says, his eyes widen.

"I told you guys," I manage to say, trying to keep my breathing normal.

The Dominator sets off the device next to it. The device disperses red hue colored fog.

Pain surges to my head. "OWW!" I yell. The others cringe too.

"G-guys," I gasp out painfully. "I-I'll go get Barry and O-Oliver."             ///////

Barry runs up right next to me. "Sky?" His eyes are filled with worry.

"Domin...Dominators... A-attacked..." Then I loose myself into darkness.

NOW.

I open my eyes, and the first thing I see is Barry and Kara. "W-what happened? Why does my head feel like there are bugs crawling inside it?" I stumble, and Barry grabs my arm; he keeps me steady, "Thank God you're not controlled anymore," he said in a relieved voice.

My hand rushes to my forehead. "Daaamn, I got whammied," I groan. "That happened with Rainbow Raider, but this is worse, because it's the Dominators that did it."

"Sky, its okay. It happens to the best of us." Barry grips my shoulder, then he pauses. "Except the killer-mode you guys all got into..."

I stare at him. I'm too shocked to say anything. "I-I almost killed you? Are you hurt?"

"You didn't know, Strike. You weren't even in control of yourself. I promise you, I'm fine."

"Okay," I don't bother arguing with him.

                                                         ***

We're all standing outside of STAR Labs, in the middle of the night; and its raining.

"So, what's it like being mind controlled?" Felicity asks Mick.

"I didn't realize he had a mind to be controlled," Jax jokes, grinning.

Sara smiles. Mick's face remains stoical. I suppress a giggle.

"Barry, about before," Ray says, "just so you know, we're with you."
