The last chapter mentioned some stuff about Gracie's mom, and in other previous chappies (coming chappies as well) there will be some stuff that alludes to Gracie and her pre-living on her own life and childhood. There really won't be an actual explanation until later.
But, because it's juicy and an 'ooh, damn!' finger-snappy moment, I wrote a little vignette (prose poetry like thing with no rhythm, but that's mostly due to it being 12:42 a.m. and being too lazy to rhyme)
