In this world, our lives are governed by one rule

Crying is forbidden. If you do, you deserve to die

No one is allowed to cry. You must stay strong, do not show that emotion for it is weak

Cameras are set everywhere. Their sound destection immensely strong

Babies are even scolded for crying. It's something taught at birth

I have never seen someone cry before. I don't know what it's like, I don't know why people do it

Yet, salt water runs down my face as I look down at a stone. A familiar name is scrawled over the stone, it's words painful to look at

I put a hand to my face curiously, wiping off the tears from my face and looking at my hand in both horror and blankness

I was alone in the place, the trees casting long shadows over my frame as the evening came to a start

I looked down again, more of the unfamiliar water leaking from my eyes at an unimaginable rate

I heard sirens off in the distance

They must have heard my loud sobbing as I gasped for air, my knees collapsing on the dirt as I gave up

I threw my arms around the stone, my sobs turning into long wails and my nose starting to run. It was ugly, undignified and unfamiliar

Yet, it was so reliving

Soon enough I was yanked from the stone, arms going around me and hands going to my mouth and eyes

"Here lies Levi Ackerman, Husband of Eren Ackerman"

The phrase rolled in my mind over and over as I was dragged away, screams erupting from my chest as I cried

They caught me

What's the point

Now, I will die too
