Chapter Thirteen

Matt's POV

Tord came in front of me and Edd

"I can see you two are the new people we've been expecting, I'm Tord  but call me the red leader" Tord said as he stuck his hand out for me to shake, I shook his hand, then he shook Edd's hand.

"What are your names again?" Tord asked Edd as he put his hand back to his side

"I'm Andrew" Edd said as he tried not to give it away

"I'm Liam" I said, also trying not to give it away

"Hmmm..." Tord said as he was thinking.

"Are you guys related to an Edd G. Or Matt H.?" Tord asked us

"Nope, I've never heard of them, sir" Edd said

"Well, I-" I just started as Edd elbowed me

"I don't know them" I said as I held my elbow

"Oh...really...because you guys sound exactly like them..." Tord said suspiciously

"I'll put you two on guarding the monster for now, and making sure everything's ok with him" Tord said

"How come there's a monster?" I asked Tord as he led us outside

Tord got a smile on his face. "Well, we had a prisoner, his name was Tom, and you see....we turned him into a monster" Tord said kind of evil-y

I wanted to start crying.

"What's wrong? You gonna cry because your friend got turned into a monster?" Tord said. I must've shown it

"No, it just reminds me when my little cousin got lost in the woods, and he loved monsters, I don't know if he ever got found" I said a little quick

"Oh, ok..." Tord said evil-y

"We're here, have fun taking care of your friend, Matt and Edd" Tord said as he shoved us outside and slammed the door.

I looked at Tom, and started crying.

"There, there, Matt! It's ok! Well find a way to turn Tom back to his normal self again in no time!" Edd said as he started to hug me. I felt a little better, but not that much at all.

I was just about to say something when Tord interrupted me from a speaker somewhere outside.

"Well, having fun? It looks like you are" Tord said

"NO!!" I screamed as I ripped out of Edd's grip "YOU...YOU RUINED MY FRIEND! YOU'RE GOING TO BE SORRY!" I shouted, I was still crying and I was pretty ticked off by Tord's actions.

"We'll see about that, Old friend" Tord said

"I'M NOT  YOU'RE FRIEND!!" I screamed as I went over to Tom

"He is!" I said as I hugged Tom, Edd came over and joined me, Tom hugged us back.

"Alright, whatever you say then, Matt" Tord said.

After that Tord was done speaking, I saw five security cameras earlier when Edd was taking me in the building.

I let go of Tom, stopped crying, found five rocks, and threw them at the security cameras.

I hit the first one, first try, making it go out, the second one took two rocks, the third one took one rock, the fourth one took two rocks. Then I was out of rocks, the last one was behind the building which couldn't be a problem since we were out front.

I went back over to Edd and Tom, who just watched me do the whole thing.

"We need to get Tom out of here." I said
