I do not own Naruto

Recap:

"Gaara! what were you thinki- Oh. am i interrupting something?"

we turned to see the intruder, it was Baki sensei. i smirked at him

"of course your not interrupting, why would you think that?" I asked sarcastically (as if you didn't know) Baki sensei gulped a little before walking into the room, trying not to meet our glares, that would've made Ibiki cry. he sat down on a chair across from us and coughed slightly, but we refused to change our position. he frowned a bit before saying

"Gaara, as you know your father is dead" Gaara nodded stiffly. Baki cleared his throat before once again continuing

"well his will... well it said to give you the..." Baki frowned again "the scrolls of water Jutsu, even the forbidden ones" at that Gaara's grip tightened and we sat up, side by side. i wrapped his hand in mine carefully, before gesturing for Baki to continue, and so he did.

"i think... it was his last way to spite you... but i realize water is not something you enjoy so i thought-"

"I'll take them" Gaara said. we both gave him shocked looks and he smirked, looking at me.

"your able to do water Jutsu, correct?" he asked. i smiled, realizing what he was getting at. i nodded and he turned back to Baki, who was watching us with a peculiar expression

"I'll take them" Gaara repeated. Baki nodded and stood. he turned to leave, but looked back at us the last moment

"watch out for each other you to. I mean it" and then he was gone. i sighed and pulled Gaara up.

"lets go to my place. you and your sand can help me pack"

Packing went by smooth. i didn't keep much anyways. i had a few paintings of lightning storms from one of the lightning clans down south, a photo graph of my team and I, also one of my second family, and one with Zabuza, Haku and I. that picture was the hardest to look away from, especially when I knew they were dead. Haku and i were holding hands (in a brother sister way) while Haku stared wide eyed at Zabuza, who was laughing and falling backwards at the same time. i was standing there, staring blankly at them, with a hint of a smirk on my face. we were standing in the middle of a lake as a training exercise, and the only person that was dry was me, although you couldn't tell. i was wearing a skin tight black suit, with silver belts across the waist and legs. it was long sleeved, and elasticy, not unlike what the green freaks wore back in konaha, just without the leg warmers. i still had that outfit in my closet. i swore i wouldn't wear it until i was the most feared Shinobi in the land, right alongside Zabuza. i remember Zabuza was laughing because of a innocent remark Haku made about our different body shapes. the poor kid, he had no idea. He caught Zabuza totally off guard, which caused him to lose concentration on his chakra, which meant he was going to fall into the lake. don't ask how we got that picture, i have no clue. I must've been staring at the picture for a while, because Gaara came up behind me

"who are they?" he asked. i was feeling a little choked at the memories.

"that's Zabuza; Demon of The Mist, and Haku; Angel of The Snow" I whispered. he stared at them over my shoulder, before tracing my form with his finger.

"was this... you? from before?" he asked. i could tell he was in awe. Haku and i really did look alike. we could've been twins, if he had abandoned his transgendered style, and swung on the feminine side more than he already did. he always wore ceremonial kimono's, and was so pretty he could be mistaken for a girl, except when next to me. then it was obvious he was a boy.
