Final Chapter

"Dricia! Come back here and eat your cereal or else!" I shouted. Today is Ali's Death anniversary amd I have to feed Dricia first before we go.

She's really is a carbon copy of her mother. That's why I love every bit of her. She walks to me with pouted lips and puppy eyes. Na-uh. It wont work on me.

"Baby, you need to eat first, okay? Gusto mo ba na magalit si Mommy pag bumisita tayo dun na walang laman ang tiyan mo?"

Pag aalo ko sa kanya. Umiling siya kaya binuhat ko siya at nilapag sa kanyang upuan saka dahan dahan na sinubuan ko siya. She's so cute.

She can walk now but cant speak properly. She has this curly hair and she has my dimple and color of the eyes while her features were from Ali.

"Manang Jen! Paready na ang kotse."

Kinuha ko lahat ng kailangan bago binuhat ang anak namin saka bumaba. Nang nakita kong nakaparada na ang kotse sa harap ay binigay ko sa katulong ang bag na gamit namin bago pumasok sa kotse.

Sa kalagitnaaan ng biyahe ay mahimbing na natutulog sa bisig ko si Dricia. I wont get tired on watching our child. Shes the reason now why Im still holding on. She makes me happy like her mother always does.

I remember the time I was so inlove with her voice and later on, her cook. The way she made those blueberry made my mouth water and skip a heart beat.

She made me fall for her over and over again with just those simple things.

She's my angel. And I thank God for giving her to me thats why my life wasnt a mess anymore. Tama nga sila, hindi mo kailangan ng maraming babae para sumaya dahil pag nahanap mo na ang isa para sayo ay sapat na. Siya ang magiging inspirasyon mo, siya ang magiging buhay mo. Isa lang sapat na.

Nilagay ko muna sa stroller si Baby para makatulog muli. Bumaba ako ng mag isa at dala dala ang gitara. For the coming years of her death anniversary Ill be sitting her and sing to her. The way she sings for me.

Her graveyard was design as like a cottage. Full of flowers she likes, our photos and candles which will be her light. I sat down and smiled sadly to her.

"Hey..."

Hindi pa ako nagsisimula pero talagang naiiyak na ako sa sakit, sa... pangungulila sa kanya.

"I missed you." My voice cracked when I said those words.

It ached my heart, big time. Its like a knife that strike me straight to the heart. A tear escape my left eye and immediately I weep it away. She doesnt want me crying now Im sure.

"Are you doing well their Ali? Me? , I-I am fine. Im well. Its beem years I know. Am I disturbing you too much?"

I laugh bitterly. And I cant help the tears that flow in my cheeks. I cant go on, yes I know. Because right now shes all I want. Damn. I can never let her go.

"Dont worry about me here. And dont worry Im taking good care of Dricia. Shes so cute, and beautiful just like you. She can walk now but cant talk properly. She wants to meet you though but shes fast asleep. Maybe later. Our parents will be arriving her soon. I want to have this day with you. Alone. I want to feel you one more time."

I know its impossible but I just want to feel her for the last time.  I want to talk to her even though she wont talk back to me. Call me insane but I needed this to calm me. To know she never left me.

"L-Look, I have this guitar and yes, Im going to sing for you... again. Okay, here goes."

I picked the strings and tapp it then start singing.
