RF (Random Fact)
I wrote this chapter while watching Twilight.
"What are you even talking about?" Adrian asked, growing exasperated.
"It all makes perfect sense, the battle, the kidnapping, all of it."
Atlas sighs deeply at me. "How? How don't you know that this isn't apart of some sick, malicious game?" Atlas asked.
"I just know. I mean put it together. Why would Codine take only girls from your pack and Adrian's?"
"Which so happen to be the two strongest packs." Jane butted in, her eyes slightly sharpening.
Adrian growls deeply and spins around on his heels and walks away from us. Atlas, the others and I, all follow Adrian, who leads us into a small, very bland room. The walls are a beige color, there is a small, black, leather couch, some satin red, fluffy pillows to complement it. There is a small dark, wooden desk, a laptop perched on top along with a few items such as papers, pens, exc. The walls had no paintings aside from one, a black and white flower.
"What are we doing in here?" Jane asked, looking around the room curiously.
Adrian turns to look at her, his eyes slightly narrowed. "Privacy." He said bluntly.
Atlas takes a deep sigh, rolling his eyes in the process. "What Mr. Rude means is that this room is private, keeps people out, the walls are soundproof, nobody can hear on the inside, yet we can hear on the outside."
"So, why was it necessary we come in here?" Zoey asked, earning a slight frown from Atlas.
"I don't trust the pack members here," Adrian said, then turning to Atlas. "Sorry, I just have a raw feeling." Atlas dismisses it, looks to me.
"What should we do?"
I think for a moment. We can't attack Codine, he'll be expecting that. It has to be sudden, out of the blue. Then, it hits me like a lightbulb.
"Who does Codine think will attack?" I asked, looking at both alpha's.
"Us?" Adrian answered, raising his eyebrow questionably.
