Breathe. Let it out. Breathe. Let it in.
Weird how these two can both describe two vastly different attitudes.
Breathe. Let it out.
Anger and frustration. Quivering hands. Racing hearts. Seeing red. Blacking out. Tight scowl. Clenched fists. Broken things. Unbreakable things. Priceless things.

Breathe. Let it out.

Breathe. Let it in.
Feel the soft, warm breeze play with your hair on a spring day. The crunch of the sand beneath your toes and the salty wind filling your mouth. Soak up the warmth of the fire on a chilly day and snuggle in the soft covers warm from your hot chocolate. Relax on the couch and let the day's work roll off your shoulders as you rest your feet. Pass the bakery and let the yeasty bread fill your nostrils and make your stomach rumble.

Breathe. Let it in.

Just breathe.

Am I telling you to let it go or let it in?

Breathe.
