Regain

Elijah POV.

I sat there crying thinking about what I have done, what I have lost. Then I get up and call Ethan.
~Phone call~
Ethan- Hello?
Elijah-hey Ethan I need you to pick me up.
Ethan- OK where are you?
Elijah- I'm at Y/N's
Ethan- oh..ok then
Elijah- thanks
Ethan- you OK?
Elijah- yea, I'm fine.
Ethan- alright, I'll be there asap.
Elijah- k thanks.
I hung up and leaned on the door waiting for Ethan. I thing by now she has gone to sleep or something. Then Ethan pulled in the drive way and I climbed into the car. "What did you do over there?" Ethan asked. I looked down at my feet depressed. "Tried to get her to open the door." I said. "What? So you just stood out there the whole time?" Ethan said. "Yea." I replied. "Aw it's ok, she'll come around. I know it." Ethan said. I signed, "I guess." we got home and I ran into my room and stuffed my face into my pillow. Then I soon fell asleep.
Y/N POV.

Soon after Elijah left I finally went to sleep crying my eyes out think, should I break up with him? No. No no no. That's a terrible idea. All he did was... Cheat on me. I signed looking down, why would he do that. I loved him so much, I though he did the same too. I finally drifted the pain away and fell asleep.
I woke up and got ready. I said good morning to my mom and at my breakfast. At this point, I had absolutely nothing to do today. I sat on the couch looking through my phone. Then I got a phone call from Sub.
~Phone call~
Me- hello?
Sub- Hi Y/N!
Me- hi
Sub- I called to ask how your doing?
Me- I'm fine
Sub-your don't sound fine
Me-well, I'm fine, I guess.
Sub- cmon Y/N, I want you to know that I'm here for you, always. You know, best friends forever?
Me- "I laughed" yea
Sub- see, now your happy
Me- thanks Sub. For sure best friends.
Sub- yea. So you wanna come and hang?
Me- well, I got nothing better to do.
Sub- yay. Just like old times when we were roommates.
Me- haha, OK I guess. I'll be there in a bit.
Sub- k. Love you Y/N.
Me- love you too Sub.
We hung up and I got ready to get going.
I got to Subs house and knocked at the door. After all I've been through, I needed a best friend day. He opened the door and gave me a big hug. I hugged him back. "I missed you!" he said. "Why? I saw you a couple days ago." I said. "Well, yea but you were, idk, you didn't want me around." he said. "Well, sorry. I-" I said. "No need to apologize." Sub interrupted. "Want some ice cream?" sub asked. "Ooh, yes please." I said smiling. "Ok, then we can just sit and talk." Sub said. "Cool." I said. He grabbed two bowls and scooped some ice cream. He handed one to me and we sat on the couch. "So, I heard that, um, Elijah came over yesterday." Sub said gently. "Yea." I said staring at my ice cream bowl. "What happened." he asked. "Well, i- I didn't want to talk to him." I said. "What does that mean?" he say, trying not to trigger me. "Well, Um, can we not talk about this." I said. "K, sorry." he said. "well, Y/N, can I just say something." he asked. "Alright." I said. "Your still dating him, you know." Sub said. "Yea, I - I just don't want to break up with him." I said. "Well, you see, you won't talk to him, so he thinks you've, lost interest or something. But at the same time, you don't want to break up with him, and I'm guessing it's because deep in your heart you love him." Sub explained. "Ok..." I said awkwardly. "So, your just putting him in a position where he's just, stuck. He doesn't know what you want, he doesn't know how to fix it and he doesn't know what what to do. Your putting all this pressure on him, that it just make him heart broken all the time thinking, what can I do to fix this? How can I make it up to you?" he said. He grabbed my hand and held it with both of his hands. "You can't run from him forever if you don't let go. And if you don't want to let go, then go back." He explained. He looked at me and smiled. I looked into his green eyes and smiled at him. "Well, preach." I said laughing. I felt tears coming down. He wiped them from my face and I leaned in and hugged him really tight. "I don't wanna let go." I said crying into his shoulder. He rubbed my back hugging me too. "Go back to him then. Don't make him frustrated and confused to the point where he gives up on you." Sub said. I let go of him and smiled. He wiped my tears once again. "You should be a preacher." I said. We both started laughing. I got up off the couch and put my shoes on. I hugged Sub again and kissed him on the cheek. "Thanks Sub, your a true friend." I said. He smiled at me, "No problem, that's who Subs are for." he said. I laughed and said good my ad I walked out the door. I got into my car and took a deep breath. Then I started my way to his house. Once I got there I slowly walked to the door. I knock. Nobody answered. I was about to know again until the door opened. It was Elijah. We looked into each other's eyes and I didn't know how to start. "Um, hi." I said, but before I could say anything he leaned in and kissed me. I kissed him back and wrapped my arms around his neck. I like this feeling again, after so long of trying to avoid him. He wrapped his arms around my waist and and pulled me to him. He deepened the kiss and moved his hands up to my cheeks. We stood there kissing for a while until he pulled away and and gave me a big hug. He hugged me so hard it kinda hurt but I hugged him back. He was kinda crying then I felt tears coming down. Then he finally spoke up. "I missed you so much." he said. "I'm so sorry for what I did to you, I swear to god I didn't mean it." he said. "I'm so sorry Elijah." I said. He finally pulled away from the hug. "For what?" he said wiping up his tears. "That I put all this pressure and frustration on you. I know you were just trying to make me happy and I just ignored you." I said leaning in and hugging him again. I buried my face in his chest. "I love you so much. I would never do anything to you like that. And don't you dare apologize to me." he said. I smiled and he wrapped his arms around me. He realized that we were still standing outside so he walked me in. He had his arm around me and I leaned into his chest. Then Ethan walked by. He hesitate when he saw me. I went to him and hugged him too. "Y/N. Your here." Ethan said. "Yea, and I'm staying. No matter what." I said. "I told you she'll come around." Ethan said to Elijah. I let go of Ethan and he smiled at me. I put my arms around Elijah and smile back. "K, well, I'll leave you guys to it." Ethan said as he walked away. He brought me into his room and hugged me once more. "Why did you decide  to come back?" Elijah asked. "well, I realized that, I love you Elijah. And I got and inspiration speech from Sub." I said. "Sub, he's a real og." Elijah said. "Yep." I said. "Well, I love you too." he said. He kissed me and I leaned against the wall. I put my arms around his neck and played with his hair. He held my face and deepened the kiss. He pulled me closer to him and carried me. I wrapped my legs around his waist and he brought me to the bed. We laid down with him directly on top of me. He kissed me and I put my hands around his back. He started to kiss my neck and I closed my eyes. Then he kissed my lips again. We made out for a long time and I got tired. I saw that I was getting tired and it was getting late so he stopped. He brought me up and I looked at my phone. "Omg, it's 9:30 pm." I said. I didn't want to drive home this late so called my mom that I was sleeping over. "You don't mind if I sleep here right?" I said. He smile, "No, not at all." he said. We got back in bed and he started kissing me again. "Alright, we should get to sleep." I said. He groaned, "I don't want to." he said and continued kissing me. I smiled, "Cmon, we can do this again in the morning." I said. He smile and kissed me one last time. "Alright, good night Y/N." he said and laid next to me putting his arm around me. "good night Elijah." I said putting my head on his chest. Then I drifted to sleep.

A/N~ well I though my last chapter kinda sucked so I hope I made up for it with this chapter. I'm not quite sure what to write next but I'll definitely keep writing, but I'll be doing them a little slower than usual. I'll take any suggestion,  it'll help me a lot.
