Chapter 13 :)

       This has been a dandy fine day! Just ugh I hate thinking about it. At first, Nathan had been on my case all day about my ankle and its not easy trying to keep a constant lie when he keep on asking you questions. But just to top that off I cut myself with a piece of glass at the café. Yes, I went back today but I just want to finish fixing it up just to get it over with. I took a few days off of cleaning up the café but once I came back, I found a new way of getting hurt. Isn't that just peachy. I put on a bunch of those healing cream and extremely large band aid on my forearm. Now all I have to do is to avoid Nathan for a couple of days until the cut is healed and I am home free. My phone just beep. OH MY GOD YES! Mason Finally replied to my email yes!

                     Hey Lydia its great to see that you are doing well, and its is a bit of a shocker to see that you are actually talking to Liam and Nathan I think they are the only guys that I would approve u of talking to. Well anyway mom told me she might come home in a few days so just please be nice to her, and I hope I can visit soon or you can come to New York see me for a week even though that is out of the question.

             I would love to go to New York but Nathan is right that is out of the question. Oh well at least I know he is okay. Then I got a text from Nathan.  Hey want 2 come over? Ugh no he can't seemy arm right now, good thing I am the queen of excuses. Ugh no sorry I cant got loads of hw.  I waited for him to reply but it been a minute and he is not replying oh well guess he understands. Before I could make another movement the doorbell rang. I walked downstairs to open the door. Oh crap! Its Nathan at the door. "I was stuck on homework too, so I thought we could work together."  This is like a once in a lifetime chance where Nathan is actually is nice. I smile at him and let him into the house. "Oh by the way what happen to your arm?" I started to freeze up and just stand there while Nathan is waiting for an answer to come out of me. "Oh so I was cutting some onions and then I was zoning out and then I kind of made a small cut into my arm." "oh um okay?" To move on from the awkwardness I just grabbed Nathan arm and ran upstairs so we can get started on homework.

        Guess what? It turned out that Nathan wasn't the one who was stuck on homework. He finished it all in 15 minutes and spent the rest of the time helping me. Who knew a jock was so smart. I am so stereotypical. But other than that Nathan was pretty cool to hang out with I mean we both got along well even though we had like different taste in everything like for example he loves horror movies and I am terrified of them. He enjoys going out to hang out every night at clubs or others place. I like to go out once in a while since I am not a people person and hate them all. "Hey Lydia want to eat something?" "Oh yeah I love to lets go to the kitchen." I went to the kitchen with him following right behind.

         Hmmm what to eat? I turned around to find Nathan but he was just staring right at me, its that kind of look what people give you just to pressure you. When he took a step towards me, I took one back. That process repeated until I hit a wall. Nathan was now just inches away from me. I was staring down at the floor its really hard not to look into his eyes. "Lydia don't be scared just look at me." okay I have a plan, 1,2,3 RUN!!

          Okay that was that most failed plan I have ever had, it wasn't a second before Nathan already had his arm around me. But then we both slipped and Nathan is on top of me. By the way a football player is not a light person. We both lock eyes for along time. I can't believe I didn't even realized that I had my arms wrapped around Nathan neck. We both stayed there like that for a little bit. He titled his head lower to me face and his eyes went down to my lips and back to my eyes. Before I knew it he leaned down to me and my lips was on my lips- "NATHAN!" I jumped up and Nathan was long gone out of my sight already. I stood up and turned around and see Nathan already walking to Liam. Oh, Liam was the guy that interrupted the kiss. Should I be man or thankful for this? Liam looked up at me and smiled "Hey Lydia what's up?" Liam needs to wipe that smile off of his face acting like he's all innocent and didn't know what happen when he actually interrupted a moment. Wait why am I so man at him? "Oh nothing much just was hanging out with Nathan." I turned over to Nathan and he looked like he was going to beat the pulp out of Liam by the time they leave, but I wouldn't blame him. Okay why am I so man did I really want to kiss him? "Okay then well Nathan wanted me to tell you it was time to go and I will let you two say your goodbyes." then he winked. Ugh Liam.
