Chapter 21

Delirious POV:
"You!" I say between my teeth. "I see that you've met daniella's wonderful family." henry looking around, but im still pointing my gun. Then more of henry's men come jumping over daniella's parents fence with guns and come surrounding me. All of Daniella's family start to worry and scoot closer to eachother . "This seems like a very unfair fight to me." I say, "Yeah well why don't you call your buddies or should i say 'brothers' " henry says. Then I say "why... so you could make this fiasco more terrifying for daniella's family i don't think so." Then henry told his boys to put their guns down but henry and me are still pointing guns towards each other. "Delirious put your gun down!" Daniella yells at me but I was too angry too. " Yeah Delirious put it down... come on.... cause right now it looks pretty bad on you that you have a gun out in front of your little girlfriends family". I look around and see the terror in everyone's eyes so I put it down and when I did put it down two of Henry's men are beside me. Henry moves close to Daniella and her parents " Hello Mr. & Mrs. Parker, How have been, its been awhile" Henry laughs. Daniella's parents stay quiet. "What? No love for me? You know we were family at one point!" Henry starts to get a little mad. Then Mr. Parker steps in and says "You were never family!" then henry says "AND WHAT YOU THINK THAT THIS MAN IS CONSIDERED FAMILY *he points to me* then henry scoffs YOU REALLY DON'T KNOW HIM THEN!". After that henry snaps his fingers and one of his men hands him a file. He opens it and starts reading it (SOME THINGS WILL NOT BE TRUE!!)"Jonathan Clayton Matthews born May 2 (not putting his year because in the story he is younger) in North Carolina, son of Mr. Frank & Mrs. Mary Benjamin... *Right here I start to try to break through the men's grasp* "oh this a touchy time for johnny boy here." henry said. "STOP!" i yell. "oh lookie lookie here johnny has a juvenile record for what..hmmm... oh theft. not surprising", He smirks and clears his throat and continues before he starts speaking again i look over to daniella and her family, they have the most disappointing faces i've ever seen i put my head down, " says here he had a little sister what, you had a sister. What happened? (he laughs) well let's see... oh no she passed away from suicide, oh how sad." he starts to make pouty face. "YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK ABOUT MY SISTER!" that when i got so furious and broke free and headed straight to henry's face with my fist but stopped myself right when my hand in two inches away from his eye. His men were gonna pull me off until henry stop then, i let him go to cool off cause right now i look like a complete monster. "WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME? MY LIFE STORY...YOU WANT ME TO ADMIT WHAT I DID IN FRONT OF DANIELLA'S FAMILY ABD WHY I DID IT? WHA...?" I look at henry's face when i said that and that's exactly what he wanted, me to look like the bad guy in front of of everyone (well i am a bad but then again i'm not). "Thats it! You want me to look like the absolute bad guy here." I laugh. "FINE! i don't care anymore because i'd it over again if wanted to." I scream to the sky. "My name is Jonathan Clayton Matthews and my childhood was crap, my parents were crap that never feed my sister and me so i stole from stores and when i was 15 i got caught and went to juevie, got released at 18 and i moved out of that house leaving my sister behind because the court didn't think she wasn't in any harm, a couple months later i get a call that my sister was rushed to the hospital for attempted suicide but they were too late when she got there. My friends are called my brothers because i have no one else, and they all were in deep trouble with money and they needed it fast so YES we planned out to rob that bank, YES im that guy on everyone's screen but the plan was dragged out a little because..." i stopped and looked daniella. " because you meet her ( pointing at daniella )" says henry rolling his eyes. I nod, "So she had no idea... im sorry daniella i never wanted you to find out like this, and im terribly sorry Mr. and Mrs. Parker for puttin your daughter in the danger but i would do it all over again if i had the chance because i would do anything for my family even doing illegally robbing banks." i say in front of everyone. Henry sniffes sarcastically "that was beautiful...ha...but sadly now that we've got your confession the cops that are coming now will take you in?". Moments later you hear sirens and car doors opening and closed and people running. Police men walk towards me and throw me to the ground like a rotten and kick me and punch me then hand cuffed me while that was happening i could hear daniella whimpering. They bring me up from the ground and then the same damn cop that arrested me when i was 15 was walking towards me, "well well well why isn't it, little food jacker here...still stealing i see. johnathan." he says. "Bill. I wouldn't have stole if you listened to me." i say until he cuts me off "save it." he says. "Where are your little buddies?"he asks. "I have no idea." i give him the meanest look. "Stop with the bullshit!" he yells. "language! children are here!" i say being sarcastic. "...im not ratting out my brothers." i say. Bill looks at me with the *alright you wanna play that game* look. He starts to walk over to daniella and i get uneasy, "So you don't happen to know where the other boys are, do you?" he asks her. I yell out, "leave her out of it, she doesn't know anything". "Shut up!" bill yells back and one of his men pushes me in the stomach, which brings me to my knees. "Im going to ask one more time. Do. You. Know. Where. They. Are?" he asks again. She looks at me but im out of breathe and cant speak so i nod her 'no' meaning dont say anything. Bill see that she looking at me, so he moves over so i'm out of sight of her. "No." she says angrily, her parents start to get mad at her for not telling. "Fine i didn't want to do this but..." and bill starts to arrest her and her parents start to cry. I got up so fast, " You can't arrest her, you have nothing on her". "i could." he says smirking. "okay okay okay ill call them, let her go!" i say. He starts to laugh a little "that was so easy, the guy gives up everything for the love of his life." as he takes off the hand cuffs off her hands. They all look at me, "well?" bill said. "See i need the handcuffs off to call them so..." i said shrugging my shoulders, he rolled his eyes and uncuffed me. I rub my hands cause the cuffs were tight and i turn around to face everyone and said "cover your ears." they did and i put two fingers into my mouth and my whistle was different from others it was a screeching sound instead of a normal whistle. Everyone let go of there ears and all turn to stared at me, bill was about to say something but i "shhh" him then i put my finger up and close my eyes then i listen for them. There was a noise up in the trees and everyone looked up and in that second i laughed because i knew that they were not up there. When everyone's eyes came back to look at me they saw they guys right next to me they all gasped, i opened up my eyes and looked around. "whats going on ?" the guys asked. "its over" i stated. "wow we were getting away with this and you just had to rat us out. Thought you had our backs but no, all you worry about is your precious girlfriend getting in any way hurt or in trouble, you know you really should be looking out for us or yourself because we've been there since day one." vanoss said to me with pissed eyes. All the police men came running towards and jumped on top of us and were violently arresting us, they shoved us one by one into the back of their cop cars. As they were pushing us in the cars i never looked at daniella and her family because i was so ashamed it was finally my turn to get in, daniella came running to the door screaming my name but i never looked up because i was so ashamed, before the cop got into the driver seat she said him a question he then answered and then the cop hopped in and drove off.

Daniella POV:
The cops and hengry was here, they somehow figured out that it was delirious but how? As they were beating and hurting the gang i was just hurt, every time i tried to stop them my parents stopped me. When delirious got out into the cop car i ran up to the car and was yelling his name but he never looked at me. I stopped the cop before he could leave, "when is his court date?" i asked. "In two days at 10:00am",then the cop got into the car and drove off and like that he was gone.
