"Here I brought you a glass of water, you know to apologize for getting you wet." I raised an eye brow and burst out laughing, Simon looked at me funny for a few seconds before catching on to what he said. "Oh no! I didn't mean it like that- not like in a sexual way, I'm not getting you wet any time soon! No by that I mean- oh god just punch me" By this time I was on my floor wetting myself, a little blush had appeared on his face, he was mortified. I just smiled, "you know minter, if you want to get someone wet, it may need to be your girlfriend!" His head dropped a little, and he went to speak, then closed his mouth. "You okay?" I questioned, I regained some self respect and went to sit next to Simon on my bed.
"I um don't have a girlfriend anymore, she was cheating on me" my mouth dropped, who would cheat on Simon, he's amazing! "Aw bubba, I'm sorry! If I had known I wouldn't of mentioned it" I placed an arm around his shoulders and pulled him in for a hug, he put his arms around my stomach and rested his head in my neck. "Thank you for being a friend Y/N, it really helps knowing you're here- knowing if I fall again, you'll be there to catch me" I felt a little tear land on my hand, and I wiped my eyes with a tissue.
"Forever, I'll always catch you bestie. Lava you" "lava you too y/n, lava you too"
We both walked to the bathroom and checked our faces, once we were happy, we walked down stairs where all the other boys had come to greet me.
"Hi y/n, I'm Harry, this is Tobi, Ethan, Chris and here we have Jj, callum and Lux" That was very intimidating to meet so many people, because you've never met them before it's a lot to take in. Simon and Josh noticed this and both gave you a reassuring smile.
"Hi it's nice to meet you all!" I smiled widely, and went to shake the one I believe to be Harry's hand, but he just pulled me into a hug. "Sorry, we don't do hand shakes, we're huggers!" I laughed and told him I didn't mind. So I went and gave them all hugs. They were all so lovely, later on in the evening we all went to the living room. They wanted to get to know me better, seeming as if being seeing a lot of them.
"So truth or truth guys?" Callum asked, I nodded and we all sat in a circle. I sat with Josh on my left, Lux on my right and Simon in front of me.
"Y/N, if you had to date one of us here who would it be and why?" Harry asked. My face was already red and I had to think of an answer pretty quickly. "Umm id probably date Simon, because he's tall and I know him well" little oohs and wolf whistles were being thrown at us, but I didn't care because I knew we just friends, that's all we we're. "Hey! You asked I answered and plus we're just friends you idiots. Its not like it's going to happen, you did say the word if" Simons face dropped but he didn't let anyone else see, I laughed it off and we continued with the questions.
Simons pov:
I knew she didn't like me back, she probably likes Harry or something. I'm never good enough for girls like her, she's beautiful, she could probably get Jj falling for her in days, if she wanted.
Maybe it's for the best, every time I do fall, I never get caught, so I can't fall now. I'm turning blunt. It's. the only way. The only way.
