Can't Hide Forever

Chapter 12

Hey everyone :-) so here we go with chapter 12. Please let me know if this story is good enough to continue with. I have lots of ideas so if you can stay with me on this journey, that would AWESOME :-)

I woke up with warm arms wrapped around and turned to see Aiden still sleeping, I looked at my phone and noticed it was time to get up for school. Thank god it's Friday. I unwrapped myself from Aidens grip and made my way into my bathroom grabbing my phone and ear phones on my way. I took a nice long bath, with bubbles and some lavender salts to relax my muscles it was heavenly. I put my ear phones in and listened to John Nemans 'can you love me again' I loved this song.

Once I was finished in the bath I wrapped myself in my towel and went to grab clean clothes, only to notice that I forgot to bring them in the bathroom with me. 'Damb it' I slowly opened my door and looked over to my bed a noticed Aiden was still sleeping, so I slowly made my way to my wardrobe when I heard "I could wake up to this every morning, what a great way to start my day" Aiden said. I turned away from his quickly before he seen my blush. He chuckled and went to the bathroom.

After I got got dressed I went down to make breakfast. I was putting some orange juice in our glasses when I heard Aiden come downstairs. We ate in silence and made our way to school.

We got out my car and Aiden took my hand and we walked into school. Everyone was still staring. Did they not have anything better to do. I was in my own thoughts until I heard shouting, I looked to my right and noticed Aiden was not beside me. When did he let my hand go?

"What the hell man, what you doing texting my girl asking if she wants to meet up" Aiden was so angry, I thought he was going to forget about this.

"Well I'm sure she wants a real man that can take her out without having to look over his shoulder all the time" Josh growled. What did he mean by that.

"It's none of your business". Aiden said. I had to stop this before someone got hurt. I stepped into the middle e of the circle that seemed to have formed. I turned to Aiden and spoke to him softly and put my hands on both sides of his face so his eyes were looking into mine.

"Please Aiden, you have to stop. You're going to get in trouble if a teacher comes out". I was pleading with him to let this go. Remember what we talked about last night" he just nodded.

"Well I meant every single word". he wrapped his arms around me tightly, I then turned to Josh.

"How did you even get my number in the first place? I asked him. He just winked at me then walked away.

The bell went indicating it was time to get to class. Aiden walked with me, kissed me then walked in the other direction. Class went by quite quickly , I was making my way to my next class when I felt nails digging into my arm and dragging me to the bathroom.

"What the hell Cee Cee, what do you want" I growled at her while rubbing my arm. 'Yip definitely going to leave a mark'.

"You know what I want, I want Aiden" she gave me a smile to say that if you don't let me have him I will make your life hell.

"What makes you think that I am just going to give him up for you to get your grubby hands on him"? She said something that I was not expecting.

"I know why you moved" she sneered at me as if to say 'yes, I know and you will do everything I say'. I decided to call her bluff and question her.

"Don't know what your talking about Cee Cee, my mum moved us out here as she got a new job"

She stepped closer to me with a smirk.

"Well, I know for a fact that she didn't move you here because of that reason, so don't try and lie to me". I was about to reply but she beat me to it.

"So, where's your dad Lina, did he not move with you and your mum"? Some how I knew she knew what was going on but I don't know how she knows or how much.

"Mum and dad have been divorced for a few years now, I don't see him that much" I replied and hopefully she bought my lies. No one needs to know about my dad, only Alana and now Aiden knows, that's enough people.

"Aww were you a mistake, is that why mummy and daddy got divorced. They probably couldn't stand the site of you, you're such a problem for them that is why one of them had to keep you. I feel sorry for your mum having to put up with a daughter like you". She finished what she saying and I could feel a tear coming to my eye, but I was not going to let her stand there and say something without getting even. I know it's wrong to think about revenge as I will be just as bad as her, but I have had enough. I am not going to be pushed around anymore. So I stepped up to her, with my shoes on I am slightly taller than her, so I was looking down at her. I spoke in a low voice and tried to sound intimidating.

"What has happened in your life that you need to make others miserable, hmm, did you get bullied when you were in nursery, did mummy or daddy not pay for your nose job that you clearly need, the friends that you have does it make you feel angry that they are using you for your money. You have no real friends Cee Cee so I suppose that will make you mad. But let me tell you something, if you think you can mess with me or my friends then you have another thing coming, I am not going to just stand back and take it. So, whatever you think you have on me, then bring it. You can't or no one else can hurt me with what I have been through these past few years. Give me all you got because I will be ready for you.

I was trying so hard to keep it all together during that little rant, but I somehow managed it. I didn't want her to see me cry so I turned my back to her and made my way out the bathroom and out the front gates. Once I was safely on the other side of the gates, my knees crippled and I fell to the floor. I was crying uncontrollably now and I couldn't stop. I was crying for everything, everything that has happened in the past few years. I try and control myself when my mum is home as she thinks I'm so strong, but I'm not. I feel as though I have not cried for weeks, but right now I was letting everything out.

I must have been on the floor for a few hours as it was getting dark now, school must have been out for ages now. I pulled out my phone and noticed I had missed calls from Aiden and Alana and also have 8 text messages. I opened the first one and it was from Aiden, he was asking where I was and if I was ok. I looked at the rest of the texts and they where more or less the same. I couldn't be bothered texting them back individually so I just sent a group text saying that I was ok and that I would be home soon. I put my phone away and made my way back to school to get my car and made my way home.

The first thing I seen when I pulled into the drive way was Aiden sitting on my porch. Oh crap, I forgot he needed a lift back to mine. I really hope he hasn't been waiting ages on me. As soon as I got out the car I was wrapped in Aidens arms.

"Please don't scare me like that again", he whispered into my neck.

"I'm sorry, I just needed time to think, can you forgive me"? I kissed his cheek.

"I will if you give me a proper kiss and nothing like that poor excuse of a kiss on the cheek" he laughed so, I leaned in and kissed him with everything I had at that moment.

If Cee Cee was going to try everything she can to get Aiden then I better make the most of it.
