Driving up to the house I realized that the guards are still outside and there isn't one look of disturbance. I called Akeilia when I was on my way, both her and Monique said that everything looked normal.

The sound of siren filled my ears. I looked into my rear view mirror and noticed the detective Biggs followed me here. I was so focused on getting here that I didn't realize. I parked my car and got out. Detective Biggs stepped out of his car.

"What happened? Why did you ran off like that?" That f*cker tricked me.

I sigh.

I don't like the feeling of being played. It's always bad news. You never know when or what's coming.

"It was Craigy. He told me that some shooters were attacking this home. My wife and her friend are here. It's obvious he lied". I can still feel my heart beating rapidly. Hell yes I was worried for them. My wife and the twins are my first priority. I also have to make protecting Leon's family one of mine.

"You said you didn't know Craigy...Were you lying to me?" Partially.

"No, but the person who hired him definitely knows who I am. Craigy made me think that gun men were attaching this home. It's obvious that he was lying". What is Craigy up to? And who the heck hired him?

"What did he say to you? Why did he want to see you?"

"I don't know the real reason. I tried convincing him to tell me the others and who hired him. After all that, this was what the bastard told me". He's giving a look that indicates he's not satisfied.

"I believe he and whoever hired him are planning something but I don't know what. He's playing with me detective?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Is there a way anyone could get in the house without the guards knowing? Are you sure no one else is in that house?"

"Yeah I called my wife".

"What if they were on gun point? Let's go check". I ran off towards the house thinking he could be right. The guards let us through with questions. My heart pumping harder.

"Akeilia! Monique!" We ran up the stairs towards the bedroom. They're always gossiping and they want total privacy. When you visit someone's home, apart from the bathroom, knocking on someone's bedroom door before entering is compulsory. According to the rules of a home. So they'd always choose the bedroom to gossip.

I spun the knob the moment I reached.

"Monique! Akeilia". It felt as if someone daggered me in the heart when I didn't see them in the room.

"Split up Michael!" It feels as if my heart rate just increased. My wife, my babies. I can't loose them.

My ears feels as if their shutting off.

"Michael?"

My vision started getting blurry. I hold on to the door. My chest ached intensely. What the heck is this?

"Michael? What's wrong?" I can hear myself struggling to breathe. A massive pain developed in my chest.

"Ahhh". I hold on to my chest. I feel myself hit the hard floor. My mouth gaped automatically. My eyes shut. I wanna speak but nothing comes out. The pain got even worst.

"Guards! Guards!" Detective Biggs yelled.

"Michael? Michael!" Akeilia? I tried to open my eyes to see if it's really her. I managed to open it. But it didn't even go half way up. Only just a bit then everything went dark.

Akeilia's POV

"Thank you very much doctor". I closed the door. Then let out a despair sigh.
