This book is close to its destination but I'll still do some bonus chapters for ya.

This chapter is a flashback. The continuation of the first part of chapter 70. Please don't mind the mistakes if any.

There was a video of Leon shooting at some men, until they shot him eventually, multiple times.

No.

No. Leon.. no. My breathing became heavier.

No no no no no no no!

My heart hit my chest so hard it hurts. My head started to hurt.

Everything in me felt as if it melted after I saw who the men pulled from Leon's car.

"Akeilia". I said so softly I doubt anyone heard.

"Someone stop them! They're taking her away!" The guy videoing yelled.

"Mr Michael Perry's wife got abducted this morning...". I kept staring at the television, but everything else the reporter said was a blur.

I felt my body moving until I got slumped onto something. My mind felt as if it wanted to shutdown.

I saw my employees in front me but I couldn't hear what they were saying. I was lost. So lost it felt like I was going out of my mind.

I couldn't think straight.

Leon is dead. I saw it happened. He was shot too many times.

My friend.. my friend is dead. I couldn't believe it. I refused to believe.

My wife.. she's pregnant with my first two babies. Two babies. I wasn't even sure of her fate. She got pulled from Leon's car and she was unconscious.

Was she dead? Wrong question.

Was she alive? Of course she is. There's no way on earth god would've been so cruel to me... To her.

My body shook multiple times, but I couldn't respond.

Are my babies alive?

No no no!

I needed to be strong. She got pulled from the vehicle and she was unconscious. It didn't meant that she was dead.

Injected. I thought I saw the guy fling his hand forward before pulling her out. Or.. did he fist knocked her out?

I felt anger babbling up inside of me. Eagerness to find the guy, clipped his ten fingers off one by one with a pliers then used my fingers to pluck his eyeballs out of it sockets so the process would've took longer and more painful.

I was also eager to find my wife.

My wife. My eyes widen with realization. She told me about a Jennifer lady. She's her manger. I needed to get to her. I hoped to god I found her.

The urge to give in to darkness was strong. The burden of all the bad news was weighing me down to the core. But I remembered the last time I had a heart attach because of the belief that my wife was taken. If she was I wouldn't have been able to save her so I was going to be strong. Deep down I knew my wife was still alive. Yes she was. I would find her. I had to.

I leaned from the chair I realised I was sitting on.

Starting with that Jennifer lady.

"Michael!" Someone shook me. I shut my eyes tightly before opening them, focussing back on reality.

Almost every staff had gathered around me. I frowned, furious.

"Could all of you move!" I yelled in anger. Everyone scattered very quickly. Even Mia. It wasn't fair to them as they were only showing concern, but I was a ticking time bomb. I didn't give a care who I blew up on right now.
