Walking down the school pavement at 5pm was bad enough, but walking down the school pavement and being pulled into the alley is definitely not my cup of tea.
I was swiftly pulled into the alley and a set of arms almost immediately wrapped around me. "Let me go!" I struggled to free myself from their grasp. "Shhh, you're fine." They said, making me step back as they stepped forward into the dim light.
I looked up, once again I was met with the worlds prettiest blue eyes. They were mesmerizing, from this close I realized they weren't just blue. Highlights of yellow, green and blue all danced around coming together to form a mural telling so many stories, todays were guarded against.
As weird as it may have looked we were in comfortable silence staring at one another. Until, I broke it. "What do you want?" I attempted to push away, putting an edge on my words.
Phil looked down "I-I err sorry," sentences failing to form. "about my friends and me." I shrugged "Yeah, whatever. I'm used to it by now." I gently pushed him further away. I looked back to his face that was now looking at me again. He looked so sad, I hate to say it but It was kind of adorable.
