Lcuy's spell on Bora broke not because Natsu interfered, but because Lucy spotted the person who would bind her heart. (Notice how the other women were not affected by natsu's appearance at the time.)
It was also confirmed later in the manga, when a member of the guild said that only the intervention of a soul mate could break the love spell. Thus hinting further that Natsu and Lucy are soul mates. Way to go whoever found this out!
Either that coincidence or Hiro Mashima purposely did that!
