Boyfriend or Best friend? ~Jc Caylen~

                    Cameron's pov

Nash, Taylor, and I just finished eating and we were walking out of Chipotle back to Taylor's car when I got a call from Violet. Which honestly excites me because I love talking to her and being around her, I was hoping she would ask go out and do something because she is one of my best friends and she is so fun to  hang out with.

- After Phone Call -

" Hey Taylor turn around we're gonna pick up Violet" I told Taylor from the back seat 

" What !?" Nash and Taylor said simultaneously 

" Yea.. she asked if I wanted to hang out so I said we'd pick her up" 

" But we were gonna go back to my place" Nash said

" Okay so she'll come over and hang out with us" 

" Ooookay" Taylor said making a U turn, we sat in silence a few more minutes after that until I just had to ask the burning question 

" Are you two okay being around her ? Like no awkwardness ? Hard feelings ?" they just looked at each other and said 'no' very casually, but I guess we'll just see

                    Violet's pov 

When I stepped out into the parking lot I made eye contact with both Taylor and Nash and as soon as I did each of us turned our heads quickly.

" Hey guys" I said cheerfully as I got int he back with Cameron and gave him a quick hug, " So what's the plan ?" 

" We just got done eating, but we were just gonna go to Nash's and chill out there" 

" Alright cool.." after I said that Nash and Taylor didn't really say anything to me, but I sat in the middle right next to Cameron and we talked amongst ourselves and laughed here and there until Taylor pulled into Starbucks.

" What're we doing here ?" Cam asked Taylor as he parked 

" Well I thought we could grab some drinks and then I have to run into Pacsun and grab a few things" Taylor responded un-buckling. We went in Starbucks after we all ordered we sat down at a table to wait on our stuff, when we sat down I could feel the awkward tension between Nash, Taylor, and I and I'm sure Cameron noticed too. 

" I've been meaning to ask about Jc" Taylor said breaking the silence

" Concussion and fractured ribs" Nash answered before I could 

" How do you know ?" Taylor asked Nash

" Violet told me about it yesterday at her apartment" Nash said to Taylor, I quickly interjected before anything was assumed or something bad happened because I had a feeling that it would be portrayed a certain way and I didn't want them fighting again.

" He's getting better though" I said, and Taylor redirected his attention back to me, " There's a good chance he's coming home soon" I said smiling realizing that Jc is coming home soon ! 

" What happened anyway ?" Taylor asked

" Oh um.. he" I started dropping my gaze to the floor, " Was actually on his way to my condo and some random guy ran a red light and collided into his car" I said hating thinking about the accident, and thank God our drinks were ready because honestly I did not want to finish that conversation. As we were walking out of Starbucks I got a FaceTime from Jc !

" Hey" I said holding the camera up to my face

" Hey, whatcha doin ?" Jc asked laying down 

" Um well we just left Starbucks and are walking over to Pacsun" I told him taking a sip of my beverage 

" Who you with ?" 

" Cam, Nash, and Taylor" I said nonchalantly 

" Oh.. do they still want to kill each other ?" 

" I don't know.." and after I told Jc that I looked up and asked them, " Hey do you two still wanna kill each other ?" I said bluntly, they looked at each with serious faces for a second and then they both said 'nahh' and laughed 

" No they don't" I said getting back to Jc with a small relief sigh, Jc just shook his head in response 

" So how did all the therapy stuff go today ?" I asked him as we walking into Pacsun behing the guys

" Um it's goin good I think I'm gonna be cleared soon" 

" Ugh you need to come home I miss you so fucking much you have no idea" I said as I stood behind Taylor in the line to checkout 

" You just saw me this morning" 

" I know, but I miss seeing you at the house and being able to go clubing and you being your wild,crazy self" I said reminiscing 

" Well I will be home soon I promise" he said then continued, " But I have to go back and finish like two more tests" he said with a sad face 

" Okay.. well I'll see you soon"

" Alright I'll call you when I'm done, love yooouuu" he said getting up from his hospital bed

" Love you too" I said ending the call and sitting in the back seat next to Cameron again 

" Where to now ?" I asked as Taylor pulled out of the parking lot 

" Nash's place" Cameron answered me 

I'm super excited to write these next few chapters !! It's going to be soooo dramatic and y'all are going to lOve it !
