Just One Kiss

I open my eyes and check the time, 12:01am, "Yay". I text Josh, J- Josh, L-Liz
L: You awake?

J: Yea kind of

L: I just woke up

J: you went to sleep?

L: Yes. Now get your butt over to my seat

J: Fine. I'm on my way

I put my phone away and see Josh coming to sit, "Hello m'lady", he says. I put my head down and blush, "Hi". "Wait? Why am I blushing? I barley know him", I think to myself. "So now what?", I say putting my head on Josh's lap, he looks down at me, "Well... given its 1 am, I don't think there's much we could do", I smile and play on my phone, looking through Instagram and Twitter.
I look up at Josh and he looks down at me, he leans in and we kiss. He quickly pulls away, "Liz I-I'm so sorry.. I di-", I cut him off, "It's ok... Joshua", I sit up and sit regularly in my seat, "No its not Liz. I shouldn't have done that". I turn and face Josh, "If it's not okay... then it's not ok for me to do this?", I ask. I kiss him again, he kisses me back, "It was so wrong for you to do that", Josh says sarcastically.
"Then maybe I'll do it again", I say bringing his face towards mine, "Will you go out with me?", he asks. His breath is warm, "Sure", I answer back. He smiles and kisses me again, "Hey Josh. You ever had sex on a plane?" I think to myself. As if reading my mind, "No... no I haven't", he says. I look at him, "Haven't what?", I ask, "Had sex on a plane", he says.
I pull my face away from his, "I don't even know what you're talking about", I tell him crossing my arms, "You were thinking out loud", he says smiling.
"Shiiiiiiiit", I think again, this time to myself. "Was a really?", I ask, "Yes. But I mean, if we're think out loud, I wouldn't mind having sex on a plane", he says. He pulls me closer to him and we kiss again and again, "I-i can't d-do this... I-I'm sorry, I stutter pulling away from Josh, "If Luke fou-", I get cut off, "Whose Luke?"

"My boyfriend"

"You have a boyfriend?!"

"I'm sorry! I wasn't thinking about it at the the time Joshua!"

"It's fine. I still have a girlfriend anyways"
 
"And you start yelling at me"
I put my earbuds in my ear and listen to my music again, ignoring Josh when he tries to talk to me, "I can't belive I even trusted him", I think to myself. I open my messages and text my bestfriend, Brendon, or my brother B- Brendon L-Liz

L: Hey

B: Hello

L: The worst thing that could possibly happen, just happend

B: What happend Hot Shit?

B: Shot**

L: Thanks and Josh and I kissed, then I told him Luke and I were dating, then he said he was also dating someone

B: Liz, I'm so sorry.. I should be there with you, not him

L: and yet we're texting, not sitting side by side so I can cry onto your shoulder

B: I know and I'm sorry, I'll meet you as soon as you land tomorrow

L: Ok, go to sleep. Goodbye

B: Bye

I turn my phone off, "You seriously think your brother should be here instead of me?", Josh asks. I ignore him, "Of course I do. If it makes you feel any better, I get treated like shit with Luke too". I put my earbuds in and play music again. Tears start stinging my eyes as Luke texts me

LU: Don't even bother visiting me, I don't wanna see you anyways. You left me and everyone who cared about you in Ohio

L: I DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE.

L: I don't have enough money to pay for my own place

LU: Yet your leaving me for Cali

L: Then I guess we're over.

LU: Guess we are

I turn my phone off and walk to the bathroom. I sit on the toilet and start to silently cry. Josh walks in, "Liz", he says quietly, "Just go away Joshua", I cry. He kneals down in front of me and shines his phone light, "I'm not leaving", he protests.
He puts a hand up to my face, I push it away, "Just let me help you", he demands. I sit back, "So what happend?", he asks, "Luke and I broke up because I'm 'leaving him for Cali' ", I do air quotes, "That.. that's so messed up", Josh says, "Yea.. and then he wants to go on and on about how I'm such a waste of life, and how I'm worthless, and all this other shit", I start crying again
Josh shuts the door, "You are none of those things. Not even a little bit", he says. He pulls me into a hug, "Thank you... I guess", I say. I wrap my arms around Josh's neck, as he does my waist. Josh pulls away and we look into each other's eyes, "Your eyes are beautiful", he giggles, "What about your girlfriend? Isn't this considered cheating? You asked me out Joshua", I tease, "Oh.. my girlfriend, yea... um... she doesn't exist".
I giggle, "Are you sure?", I ask, "Yup. I'm sure she doesn't exist", he says. I giggle again then we go back to my seat, "I'm sorry for yelling at you", Josh aplogisez, "I'm sorry for not telling you about Luke", I reply. "I don't care about Luke. I care about you", he says. I shake my head, "Your so cheesy", I laugh. I check the time again, "Josh.. it's almost 3 am. Go back to your seat", I tell Josh, "No... I wanna stay here with you", he pouts. I lay my head down on his shoulder and mumble a 'fine'. We both eventually fall asleep on the plane.
