I Stole the show

Olive's pov:
The next morning I woke to the shouts of pirates. I realize soon enough that my hands and feet are tied when I try to move. My blurry vision is starting to improve to a clear picture. Gil is dragging me over to one of the ships masts.
"Liv!" My ears shook as Ben called out. Ben was standing bound right on the plank with Harry in toe laughing a villainous cackle.
"Ben! What's happening!?" I start to panic but Gil  shushes me and drags me along.
Uma sauntered over "Harry how about instead of the silly king on the plank we put the Pan child. See then her demise will be justice for your father's hand!" Uma clapped loving how villainous it sounded.
"Sounds just peachy" I frowned but I'd rather it be me then Ben. Gil and Harry switched Ben and I, Ben sent me a hopeful glance but I'm not wishing for any miracles anytime soon.

"Ahh we'll see if the birdie can fly with wet wings!" Harry marveled twirling me around on the plank making me off balance.
"Do you always kiss a** like this?" I smirked
"Now what's that supposed to mean?" Harry stopped my spinning to look at me with a threatening look.
"Oh nothing really, it just seems that you only listen to what Uma says. You're her little errand boy of sorts." I taunted him smiling because I knew this was a hard blow to his ego.
"What did you just say birdie?" Harry was fuming.

"Should I continue? I think I should." I giggled enjoying how I was getting under his skin. "You try to flaunt and brag that you're such a great pirate, yet you're living in the shadows of everyone else." I added smugly.
"I could kick you off this plank in two seconds birdie, you want to take back those words." Harry seethed.
"No, because you don't have the balls to do it! If you did I would already be torn apart in that water right now." I challenged, my eyes meeting his.

"Hey shrimpy! I'm here for the king!" Mal called out from the gangplank.
"Olive I'm gonna need ya to be a good prisoner and go sit on that barrel over yonder ." Harry gave me a cheesy smile then ruffled my hair roughly. He gave me a push and I stumbled into the barrel. While he went to collect Ben for the trade off.
"Ben! Stay calm!" Mal yelled.

Harry strolled to the front "welcome" he gave a bow.
"So glad you could make it!" Uma teased the vks.
"Hand over the king and we'll be done here!" Mal challenged Uma.
"Mal! We gotta help L-v" Ben tried to call out but before he could say my name Harry covered his mouth and pushed him closed to the edge.
"It's the wand for the crown, if not then he's going down." Uma grinned at Mal.
They kept talking meanwhile I was getting scared at how close Ben was getting to the edge of the plank.
I was frightened and in a small whisper I called to Harry "blue eyes please don't do this! You could do so much better than this, please just let him be!" I wasn't sure if Harry heard me or not but he swung around and left to go join Uma on the gangplank with Mal leaving Ben unattended. I wiggle my way over to the plank where Ben is.
"Psst Ben." I whisper.
"Liv what are you doing!" Ben says worriedly also whispering.
"Quick escape! I'll distract the pirates." I say in a fast pace.
"Okay I will but, promise me you won't do something stupid." He pled.
"Yeah yeah just go." I scold him, "we are running out of time!" Ben scoots back onto the ship to the barrels where I was perched. I heave myself up to standing and look at the water below me "To die will be an awfully big adventure" I hum to myself before taking a small step towards the end of the plank.
"Olive!?" Harry yelped startling me...

And I fall in.

The cold water meets my skin and I am put into a frenzy of fear as I see the crocs surrounding me.
I thought this would be the end.
Arms wrap around me as I begin to fall unconscious.

I pled for Ben to stay safe and that Harry would change for the better. The water invaded my lungs like a rushing river.
...And my world went dark.

Ok so I feel evil for putting a cliffhanger like this. I'm sorry. Please forgive me for I have sinned😩 I am getting so many ideas for my next few chapters!😉
