Emily's pov

"Welcome to our home" Toby gestures to their new house

"He built a house for me" Spencer says, looking up to Toby as she wraps her arms around his side

"Well I built you a house before, oh and a chair. Don't forget about the chair I built you" he laughs, pointing to the rocking chair on the porch as he opens the front door

"Oh the chair, the symbol of your relationship" Hanna says

"A symbol of our relationship? How can something symbolise a relationship?" Spencer questions

She leads us; through the grand door that has glass running down the side of it, down the beautiful white painted hall towards their bright gigantic "drawing room", as Spencer likes to call it.

"You want a drink ?" Toby asks as we sit down on the two massive sofas

When Toby returns with drinks Hanna starts her conversation again

"Relationship symbols. When you see or hear something and think wow that reminds me of this specific couple"

"So when you see a chair you think of me and Toby?"

"Yes. Just like when I see boy-shorts ale I think of Ezrison"

"Ezrison seriously Hanna?" Alison snaps

"What ?Mona made the name up"

"I'm not talking about the name. I want to forget about that horrible relationship. No offence" she says, looking over to Ezra

"None taken" he awkwardly replies

"Don't our children symbolise our relationships?"

"Oh yeah Aria, cause when people see Leo and Zoë they think, their parents met when their mother was in high school and their father was her teacher" Hanna sarcastically replies, shouting teacher towards them

"So what do you think symbolises all our relationships?" Aria asks, sipping on her coca-cola

"I think Spoby's is a wooden rocking chair, Ezria's is pie or a book, Emison's is the Eiffel Tower and Haleb's is a tent"

"Wait why those symbols?" Caleb asks

"Because Toby built Spence a chair. Ezria loves pies, the book's a symbol because he was our teacher. Emison never shuts up about Paris. And you know why ours is a tent" she smirks

"Can you please stop calling us by our ship names and anyway mine and Toby's symbol is scrabble" says Spencer as she chews on her necklace that resembles the S scrabble tile
"You know while you were all getting um... busy... at the lost woods, Toby and I were playing scrabble"

"Well actually I was trying to relax my ovaries so I could get pregnant but anyway" Hanna laughs

"I think mine and Ali's symbol would be a mermaid" I sheepishly say

Alison's smile hits her ears and I can hear her heart pumping in her chest

"Oh my god I saw that story. In your diary, right?" Aria laughs

"Oh yeah so did I, and girl crush" Hanna joins in laughing

"That girl crush one was quite mean" Spencer says

"Oh yeah it was horrible" Aria laughs

"You all read it?" Alison shouts, looking over to me with horror

"Well when Alison DiLaurentis writes about having a crush on a girl you can't help but read it"

"Yeah, anyway a mermaid isn't your symbol the Eiffel Tower is" Hanna says, thankfully ending the slightly awkward conversation
