ZAC'S POV:

Its been a while now. More like a month and a half since nanligaw ako kay Mara, and I admit, its been going extremely good. Were really happy!☺I've been balancing my time for basketball training and her, and thankfully I'm doing a pretty good job.

But although ok naman love life ko and my career, life isn't all rainbows and butterflies. Today is Kuya's graduation, which means he'll be leaving soon. Really, really soon.

I was about to go downstairs until I saw Mom in Kuya's room hugging his pillow. So I entered...

Me: Mom, ok ka lang po ba?

Mom: *still hugging the pillow* Ang bilis nyong lumaki! It feels just like yesterday when your Kuya was just a little brat...

(Kuya comes out of the restroom... )

Kuya: And now.. I'm a big brat!😁

Me: Damn... naligo ng maaga! AMAZING!

Kuya: Syempre! Graduation ko na eh! I gotta smell my best!😂

Mom: Roger, promise bibisita ka dito pag sem break nyo ha!?

Kuya: Oo naman Mom! And don't worry, nandito naman si Zac, sya bahala sa inyo!😅

Me: Wag muna mag chicks!😂

Kuya: Nuks.. look who's talking?! But yah, I gotta focus on the scholarship Redlum gave me.

Mom: I'm gonna miss you nak!😢

Kuya: Ma naman! May ilang araw pa ako dito. Gusto nyo na ako umalis?😂

Honestly, I'll miss Kuya. Kahet ganyan yan, he's never really gone wrong when it comes to loving mom and being the MAN in the family. Ngayon malapit na sya umalis, responsibilidad ko na tong pamiliang to. Its my responsibility to take care of Mom.😊

Mom: Oh sya.. tara na! Program starts at 4. Nasa kotse na ung toga mo.

Kuya: Sige.. tara na nga. So much emotions today. Nakakaoverwhelm.

We went our way down, but as I was descending the stairs I texted Mara if she would want to come since mom did insist kanina.

*texting*

Me: Afternoon ganda. Grad ni kuya ngayon. Sama ka?

Mara: Haha.. afternoon. Yes, punta ako. Actually pupunta kameng lahat. Inimbita na ng mom mo ung mga magulang ko.

Me: Ah ganon. Ok. I'll see you there.☺

It was around 5:45 pm when we reached the school dodge ball field, where the graduation will take place. The field was huge, but the school staff were able to decorate all its surroundings.

Mom: Zac, dito ka muna. I'll just go with your Kuya to put his toga on and talk to some of his teachers.

Me: Sige mom. Hintayin ko na din si Mara dito.

As Kuya and Mom walked farther away from my sight, I decided to take a seat near the team benches surrounding the field. Nandoon lang ako, inoobserba ang paligid, until may naramdaman akong kumikiliti sa likod ko. When I turned to look, it was Ms. Beautiful- este Mara. She was all well dressed with her maroon romper. We kind of matched a bit coz my coat was maroon too.😉
