Alrighty then! NICKNAMES! My favorite! When I put character name, like so,
(Character name):
It means that I am saying the nicknames that you give him. Vice versa if I put 'you'. I'll also put one of the nicknames into context for you. If that makes sense.

Sherlock: Sherrie, Sherrilocks, Sherlie, Locksy, Curly, Detective Sexy, Monsieur Cheveux Bouclés
You: Sweets, Chemical Defect (stole this one. Sorry. It's too good.), Drugs (this one sounded WAY better in my head).
(In context) Sherlock: Oy! Sherrie! C'mere I wanna show you something!
(In context) You: You are too good, my Chemical Defect (*cringe* Man that sucked)
John: Johnny Boy, John-John, Doc, Long John
You: Sweetie, Patient
(I.C.) John: Whatever you say, Doc!
(I.C.) You: You're such a patient Patient. (Ooh... Road kill... Ow, ow, ow, SCREEECH, ow!)
Mycroft: Mike, Mikey, My-My, Crofty, Minecroft, Mycrosoft, Iceman
You: He doesn't call you any nicknames, except for that one time he called you love. He doesn't like them.
(I.C.) Mycroft: Please cuddle with me, My-My!
(I.C.) You: (For that one time.) would you please come here, Love?
Lestrade: Graham(to annoy him), Greggy, Mr. Detective, Monsieur Inspector
You: Love, Sweetheart
(I hardly think I have to put (I.C.) again, so I won't because I'm lazy. Oh wait, I just did) Lestrade: Well what do we have here, Mr. Detective?
You: Love, you need to go home. I'm at work.
And last but CERTAINLY not least......
Jim: Jimmy, Jimbob, Jimmy Boy, Sexy Psychopath, Jamesy, Jimboy, Your Highness
You: Sunshine, Queen, Sweet Pea
Jim: Hey, Jimbob! C'mere a sec!
