David's POV

I woke up with my son and Eric jumping on the bed.

D: Why are you here guys?
Alf: We are hungry!
E: Why the old people always sleeps till the middle of the mornin?
D: What time is it?
Alf: 11:30

I jumped from bed

D: What?! Really?!

Wait.

D: Do you know how to read the clock?
Alf: no

Both kids laughed at me... damn they were clever.

D: You are gonna pay for that!

They screamed and run off I catch Eric and put him on the sofa, I started to tickle him.

Alf: Leave him monster!!

I did the same with Alf who came up defending his friend.

Suddenly a voice behind me said.

S: Now what is this horrible monster is doing to my boys?
E: Help us Dad!

Simon came to me and carefully spoon me around and push me to the sofa where I pretend to fall.

The three of them started to tickle me.

D: Ok. Ok. Fine! I give up!

The kids jumped exited. I turned to the clock and it was only 8 am.

S: Now kids go to change, I'll make breakfast.

They went running upstairs. And as soon as they were off, Simon putted me close to him and kissed me tenderly. My knees wanted to give up for how sweet that was.

S: Good morning.
D: Now that's a good greeting. Good morning. Aren't you tired?
S: Nope, I'm just happy.
D: I can see that.
S: Dave?
D: Yes?
S: I love you.
D: I love you too.

But there was something troubling me, he seemed to notice.

S: What's wrong?
D: There are a few things we need to solve now.
S: Tell me.
D: ok 1.- I am still fired, my arm broken and the semi final is about to start.
S: You're not fired anymore, I thought it was clear.
D: it wasn't. Anyways, good to know. 2.- Ernest is still out there, that's a little bit scary.
S: Working on that.
D: Really?
S: Told you. You are mine now bab- what's the 3?
D: Where the hell is Bert?!

He burst into laughing.

S: You spent much time without asking for him.
D: Well I was distracted with my son, Eric and the love of my life.

He blushed.

S: All right all right, he's ... I wont tell.
D: What?
S: You need to earn it.

He patted his cheek. I hugged him with my arm and started to leave kisses all around his cheeks, jawline, chin, ears, neck and then... I felt a little bulge in my pants. I kissed him, hard.

S: Hff now that's how you ask for things. Bert it's at Matt's house.
D: Oh. Well, I'll see him soon, I believe.
S: Of course you will. Now go and help the kids get ready, we're going to get Alfred in the school today.
D: ok.
