Chapter XLV Noels P.O.V

Kain can't just say things like that to make me feel bad when he is the one who fucking kicked me out.
I still loved him though.
No matter what I said I still fucking loved him and now I don't know...

Draven stands at my side and everyone moves from our paths.
I don't know if it's because of his reputation or mine...
Either way he is someone I can trust.
Honestly when Joey isn't around Draven is the one I turn to...
He is like my new best friend...
Joey will forever be there, but he isn't really there you know?
He lives across the country and I live here.
I wanted to leave after Kain kicked me out, but I found myself not wanting to leave the area.
I loved the way everything looked.

We stop at my locker and I grab some stuff for the fucking gym class they had me take.
Like they think I'm not a disaster waiting to happen if they put me in a room full of girls that wine all the fucking time...

Emmie stands next to me and I smile down to her.
She may be a junior, but she is graduating early so she is a senior to me.
So therefore I had the school give her a senior locker.
We have lockers next to each other and she knows everything about me.
After Kain booted me I went to hang out at an ice cream shop I eventually got a job at.
She came in one day and we just got lost in conversation.
Turns out me and her have a ton in common.
She is kind of like my little sister now...

Gym class smells like shoes and I hate the girls in this locker room.
They all undress and looks absolutely stunning as to where if I take my shirt off they are all gonna look at me like a beaten animal.
Guess nows as good a time as any.

My arms lift my shirt over my shoulder and the room goes silent.
My fucked ribs and the scars that cover my back must have grabbed everyone's attention.
The gym teacher blew the whistle and then it slowly died off.
I hurried and threw on a shirt so I could cover my pain.
When we were walking into the gym she took my shoulder and made me stay back...

"If you ever need anything Noel... Feel free to ask ok?" She said sweetly and I felt sick.
I nodded and ran into the gym.
Girls looked to me as I went to lean against a wall.
Some walked up to me and tried to talk to me.
I of course ignored them and stared straight ahead...

"Today we are having the boys join us so we can have a little friendly competition..." She yelled and I groaned.
Kain for sure took gym I just don't know which hour he has it.

The doors burst open and in walks the boys.
I scan the crowd and see Draven walking in by himself.
I smile and with for him to look up.
Then the doors open again and in walks the fucking devil himself....
He has Luke and Adrian to his sides while Liam and Blake follow behind.
I litterely have everyone in this class.
My eyes snap back to Draven.
He too was leaning against a wall.
I ran over to him and wrapped my hands over his shoulder and covered his eyes so he couldn't see...

"Guess who?" I whisper into his ear and he smiles a bright white smile.
He turns and picks me up while spinning me around.
I laugh and he puts me down.

The room goes quite and Draven is looking behind me.
I turn and see Kain looking livid.
Rolling my eyes I look back to him and punch him slightly.

"You didn't tell me you had gym this hour..." I say sounding fake shocked.
He too smiles and wraps his arms across his chest.

"I didn't think I did until I went to the wrong class..." I smile and look back to the girl side to find everyone staring at me and him.
I furrow my brows and look to him.
He too looks genuinely confused until he looks over my shoulder again.

I turn and see Kain flexing every muscle in his body trying not to come over here and hurt Draven...
At least he is trying not to ruin everything for me right?
