Chapter 8
*Alice's POV*
Finally my son and daughter were born I can't believe it I'm a mommy. "Jalice," I cooed holding my new born baby daughter in my hands, while Jasper held our son, Asper, in his hands. Jasper looked so excited he was so happy to be a daddy.
Soon I saw Bella and Edward come down Bella was carrying her week old daughter Elizabeth.
"Hey Alice, How are you feeling?" Bella asked
"I'm fine" I answered
"That's good, now can we see the babies?" she asked excited
"Sure." I said, Bella handed Elizabeth to Rose, who I just noticed was in the room, and she took Asper from Jasper's hands. Edward then took Jalice from me. They both just sat there cooing to the new borns until Elizabeth started screaming. "Come here Elizabeth, what's wrong baby girl?" Bella cooed to the week old little girl as she took her from Rosalie. "she must be hungry I'm going to go get her a bottle I'll be right back" Bella announced.
Now I was sitting here watching as my brother held my daughter, my precious baby Jalice in his arms, and my sister held my son, my little boy Asper, and couldn't help but smile. This was one happy family I was lucky to be with them, with the ones I love it couldn't be real but it was I had gotten way more than I deserve in my life and now my children, whom I should have never had, were just icing on the cake I don't think I could have asked for anything more out of my life and I know just more good things were around the corner. I was now in the same situation as my sister-in-law now Bella and I were both half vampires just like my niece Nessie and my children are human I will get to see my babies grow and play and have normal lives the life I never had but always dreamed of. Now it seems my life is complete.
*Edwards POV*
I couldn't believe it Alice's babies were here and I was holding Jalice the beautiful little girl, of course never more beautiful than my three girls, Renesmee, Bella, and of course now Elizabeth, no one could compete with them. Now life is going to be a lot more interesting in our house hold 3 new born babies in the house not to mention the fact that they are full blood humans in a house full of vampires. Just as that thought arose I heard that voice the voice I hadn't heard in months and hoped was gone,
"you won't hurt them daddy, you never hurt step mommy, and you won't hurt my new sister, or my cousins daddy your strong you won't hurt Elizabeth, Grandma is happy that you passed on her name by the way. Love you daddy but I must go now." I heard Maggie say
"I hope your right" I whispered not sure if it was to her or myself but not caring either way.
*Bella's POV*
I walked back in with my week old daughter in tow to see Edward was sitting on the couch still holding onto little Jalice. I walked over a sat next to him giving him a quick kiss a started rocking Elizabeth to sleep since she had become quite fussy after her bottle and was ready for her nap since it was now around 1 in the afternoon . Just then I heard the front door open and Esme walked through the front door.
"Hey, Esme how was your day?" I asked
"Great, Carlisle should be home soon, How are my grandbabies doing?" She asked
"Just great I was actually getting ready to run Elizabeth back to the cottage for her nap and then go out for a hunt with Edward, not really in the mood for human food right now." I answered. Then Esme went over to Edward and picked up Jalice out of his arms so he could get up and we headed for the cottage. We ran at a light jog as to not wake Elizabeth up.
*Rosalie's POV*
I had just been downstairs holding Elizabeth and looking at my adorable new niece and nephew and realized soon I would be holding my very own daughter. I came to realize that I was scared even though the birth of my daughter was just days away I was scared to become a mother I didn't know how to be a mom I was truly terrified I had never been scared in my life as a vampire and I just didn't know what to do I had to go and talk to Emmett. As soon as the opportunity came a raced off toward mine and Emmetts room hopefully unnoticed by Esme she would know for sure that something was truly wrong and I didn't want to worry my adopted mother over this.
"Emmett?" I said once I was in his arms.
"Yes, Rose. Is something wrong?" he asked
"I'm scared Emmy, what if I'm not a good mom? What if she hates me? Gosh I haven't even thought of a name for her. I don't know how to do this, why did you talk me into this?" I ranted
"Rose, look at me, you are going to be a great mom, as for the kid hating you I don't think that will happen till the teenage years and you won't let her out past curfew I'm the one she's going to hate most why because she can't date till she's well my age." he started laughing at the end.
"well, poor kid to bad your human no dating for you daddies orders you can hate him now or later either works." I said rubbing my tummy and smiling "Emmett what do you think we should name her?" I asked him.
" Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......................
*Esme's POV*
I couldn't help but notice the look of horror on Rosalie's face as she raced out of the room but there was nothing I could have done to help her get through it, if she had wanted to talk to me about it she would have. Now I sat I the living room with Alice and Jasper and their new twins Jalice and Asper Hale. Bella and Edward took Elizabeth to the cottage to lie down for a nap and went hunting. I couldn't help but look at my children as they held their own. Never in my entire existence would I have thought that one day they would have children of their own someday and here I stand corrected First I get my grand daughter Renesmee and I thought she would be enough the miracle child but now we have Elizabeth, Jalice, and Asper and of course Rosalie's baby who will be joining us any day now I didn't think it was possible but I guess I'm once again proven wrong. Just then Carlisle entered the house bringing me back into reality. He walked over to us and looked down at his grandchildren with so much love. "How are you guys doing?" he asked
"great, Carlisle you want to hold one?" Alice asked Carlisle as she passed him Asper and leaped up from her seat "I need to get them their bottle anyway." and she raced off to the kitchen to make two meals for her children.
