Heather Chandler is the leader the Mafia ( which includes Duke, Mac, Kurt and Ram) even though everyone knows about the mafia they know next to nothing about its leader. Veronica is part of the police department and is trying to stop all the violence that has been going on, one day Heather is out and she spots Veronica and starts talking with her and it just keeps going from there

(ps this is gender bent) Hunter Chandler is  Soldier in ww2 and Vincent is a medic, after being badly injured Hunter is sent to Vincent and they slowly start bonding
