Third Person POV

Ingrid tied her hair back into a loose high ponytail and flipped to the next page of her music book. Her parents had returned home in the morning and now her freedom was even more limited. Ever since she was a six, they pushed/forced her to take music lessons with a man who came to her home to teach her. Every other weekday, starting on Mondays, she found herself in her music room practicing with Mr. Arthur. Deciding to get an early start before he arrived she did a few warm-ups and started practicing the song they would be working on today.

Both her parents were very successful accountants and were hoping for Ingrid to follow in their footsteps or do even better, which is why they've limited her life and trapped it in a small bubble

Both her parents were very successful accountants and were hoping for Ingrid to follow in their footsteps or do even better, which is why they've limited her life and trapped it in a small bubble. It was clear that they'd lost faith in Camila. As she grew older, she became too much to handle, so they let her go. It was clear that they were not going to do the same for Ingrid.

She let her finger grazed over the harp's strings softly, and she heard someone walk in. Turning her head, she looked up at her older sister, who had a permanent scowl on her face.
