When Nick awoke, he teleported straight to his father’s office and found Anthony Smith sitting at his desk.

“What a great Dad you are!” Nick said caustically.

Anthony ignored him and continued to look at his documents.

“Great! So what did you find out about her?” he asked sarcastically, “Was the experiment useful?”

“Nothing,” he replied, still looking at his documents.

“You killed Elizabeth Marcus and Ben Robbs, did you?”

His father paused and looked straight into Nick’s eyes, “I did not murder them.”

“You knew Elizabeth Marcus,” Nick said accusatorially.

“I have nothing to do with her death,” Anthony retorted, “If there is anyone whom Stella Robbs would want to kill now, that will be you.”

“How do you explain all the interview transcripts that were tampered with?” Nick demanded.

“She wanted to know about our royal history and I granted her interviews!” Anthony glared.

“And she found out too much, so you had her killed,” Nick added.

“I did not kill her,” his father denied, again. Suddenly, there was a message that came in.

Helen Riravanja was dead.

The upper class was in chaos. Three heirs had died. Everyone wanted Stella dead. Anthony furrowed his eyebrows. This round, it was not Stella who killed Helen. Helen had died in a way that looked like a suicide but there was struggle involved. The former cases did not show any sign of struggle. Someone was behind Stella. Someone else was behind the murder of Stella’s entire family. He knew who was the culprit.

Kaela was crying while Nick stood silent, looking at the picture of Helen. He had not seen her for two years but he recalled her clearly. She had once been part of them. Celine put a flower at Helen’s grave and Isaac put his hand around Kaela’s shoulder.

“Don’t cry. Helen was a brave girl,” Isaac comforted Kaela. Brandon soon appeared and spoke nothing as he stared blankly before his friend’s grave. He thought over Stephen’s words. There was nothing he could do to save him. He was a coward.

Brandon and Stephen had sat over drinks. “Tell me what you know,” Brandon said. Stephen kept quiet and swallowed his drink hard.

“Mr Smith is in danger,” Stephen began, “Mr Grange, I need your help to obviate this disaster.”

Brandon was confused, “What danger are you speaking of?”

“You don’t know what that girl can do,” Stephen rubbed his eyebrows, “And what Micheal Owell can do. You don’t know who is about to kill Mr Smith.”

“Who is going to kill Nick?” Brandon pressured.

“Mr Mousseur,” Stephen replied, “He is behind Mr Jackerson Rousseau, Stella Robbs and Micheal Owell. I saw the funds that were transferred to Mr Rousseau’s account. I saw the emails that were exchanged between them.”

“What do you know about Mr Mousseur?” Brandon asked again.

“He wants the throne. He wants it from Mr Smith,” Stephen said before begging Mr Grange, “You must stop him! I don’t have the powers to do so, but you do! You are second in line to the throne!”

Brandon saw the desperation in Stephen’s eyes but he could not help him.
