With a sigh, the freshmen found herself slowing down for the upperclassman. He set a hand on her shoulder and grinned.
"You haven't been avoiding me, have you?"
"O-Of course not," _______ laughed, brushing aside the question. "Did you n-need something?"
"Hmm? Oh, yes. Would you come to my class at the end of the day?"
"Wh-Why?"
"I'd like a little help with something."
Something about that did not seem right, still, she found herself nodding to his request. Mindlessly walking on, ______ went ahead. Hiroomi quickly left, giving his goodbye in a cheerful tone as usual.
"What could he possibly need help with?" ______ thought out loud under her breath. He never asks for her help. Instead, Hiroomi is always offering his help. How peculiar. Still, any chance to repay his kindness, she'd take.
______ entered her classroom, eyebrows knitted, deep in thought. She couldn't skip out on him. She'd just have to go as he asked.
