"Oh my Daya, I'm just so happy that you're home now," I hug her tightly as we walk in to Bob Evans with the guys.

"I'm happy to be back. I feel so loved Mare, but could you let me go? Blood circulation is being cut off," She jokes and I push her away.

"No love for you my more," I tell her and she roll her eyes.

"You could have invited Drew," Daya says.

"I would have, if Drew and Ray got along. They may act civil but the tension is there. It's extreme intensity," I tell her.

"Ever so dramatic Mare," Daya bumps me and we walk up to the guys.

"I can't wait to go to the karaoke bar later on tonight, I just want to sing," I say in a daze.

"Head out of the clouds mama. lets eat first. Then you can go to lala land," Days says as we are seated in a cozy booth, Daya seated by Zac and Ray by me.

"What are you girls yapping on about," Zac teases.

"Mare here is super excited about karaoke tonight, she's practically got a set list going on in her head," I stick my tongue out at Daya as she joins in on Zac teasing.

"Set list? I'm going to enjoy this," Ray laughs and I nudge him in his rib cage.

"Shut up, you've heard me all summer. You're not singing with me since you've decided to join the 'TEASE Maria' party with Day and Zac," I pout.

"I wasn't planning on taking your spot light tonight anyway dive," Ray nudges my shoulder and I stick my tongue out at him as well. I know, I know childish Mare is out, I just need some Bob Evan's in my system and I shall be fine.

"Stuff a pancake in her face, hurry! Get a snicker," Daya laughs and we all join her. We order our meals and wait for them.

"So, tell me about Miami kids. I know all those FaceTimes didn't completely fill me in on everything," I smile at Daya and Zac drinking their coffees.

"Yea, I want to know all about y'alls first date," Ray says leaning on the table on his forearms.

"Our little gossip girl," I say patting Rays arms, making fun of him and he sticks his tongue out at me.

"Okay children, settle down. If I didn't know better I'd say we're back at the beginning of you twos friendship, where you two act like siblings or like you don't like each other," Daya smirks.

"He's so annoying," I push Ray away from me.

"She's so weird," Ray pushes me back and I laugh.

"Nah, we're not at the beginning again. We're moving forward," Ray shrugs with a smile.

"Absolutely my friend," I say fist bumping him and I feel a kick under the table. I look over at Daya and see her eyes narrow and staring at me, I give her the 'what did I do this time' look. She shakes her head.

"So is Drew joining us later," Zac asks.

"No, he called a rain-check. He's visiting some other relatives with his family tonight," I smile at Zac.

"Geez, guys busy. I wanna meet him," Daya frowns.

"Patience dear," Zac and I say at the same time, Ray laughs. Our food is served shortly after.

"So really, how was your first date with this chick, Zac," I ask drinking some of my orange juice.

"Wild," Zac smirks and Ray sputters on his drink, I laugh at Daya's face.

"He's lying," She defends herself.

"We went to Universal Studios Orlando," Zac says.

"He kidnapped me on a long 3 hour ride. But he was nice," Daya smirks.
