Alexis's pov
"Harry I really don't think this is a good idea" I sat on the end of his bed watching him dress
He was talking to me to his office for a day and I'd join him on all his meetings and such making sure everyone would know who I am
"Alexis baby girl it's gotta be done and if another person puts a hand on you ,specially since you're pregnant, losing their job will be the least of their worries" he growled darkly
I went wide eyed "it's not that serious baby the doctor said I'm only a month and a half"
He turned and grabbed my chin "princess this is my first baby my first baby I get to see grow and be born" he shook his head "your pregnancy is of the upmost importance to me" he kissed me "I love Darcy, I love her with every fiber of my being but this is my baby mine I made it with you and it's growing in you you're nuts if you think I wouldn't smother you in affection and protection" he smiled
"Now please put on your dress" he held it up it was some super expensive looking dress
"Can't I put on jeans and a tee shirt?" I whined
"No I'd like for you to wear this dress" I pouted "princess put on the dress we will be late" I groaned and got up
I undress right in front of him and snatched it and slipped it on he sighed "less attitude would be lovely"
"I put it on what more do you want from me?"
"I want happy darling little Alexis" he zipped me up rubbing my back
I crossed my arms "this dress makes me look fat"
He shook his head walking around me "no it does not don't be silly" he rubbed my sides "mm I think Prada heels"
He walked to the closet and came back with black platforms with a black ankle strap I smiled widely "oooh! I like" I snatched them and sat at the end of the bed putting them on
"That's how I get you happy mm? Shoes?" He chuckled my jaw dropped I looked away
"no!"
"Mm jewelry?" He walked to the dresser I looked away still trying to be pouty
"I've got you some pretty shiny things" I crossed my legs
"Shiny things don't impress me"
"Mmm then what will?" I gasped feeling the cold gems and gold against my chest as he walked around me to put on a necklace
"Mm coke icy" I looked up at him smiling he chuckled and grabbed my chin
"I can surely do that for you" he smiled he kissed me I hummed deeply
I stepped in with Harry I was swinging our hands our rings both shining in the sun we got to his building he held the door open for me
"Mr.Valentine good morning" the blonde at the desk greeted
"Ms.Donnelly would also like a greeting" Harry growled
"Oh excuse me good morning Ms.Donnelly" she definitely wasn't as cheerful
"Where is the poster I requested? I said I wanted it in the lobby by this morning before I came in" Harry scowled
