Chelsea's POV
I'm a little over 8 months pregnant and I'm loving every minute of it. Jason is in love with my bump. Every chance he gets, he either rubs on it, or bends down and kisses it. We have been talking baby names, but have yet to decide on one. Right now, Jason is upstairs packing. He has a few shows to do before little man gets here. "You ready to go baby?" I ask walking into the bedroom. "I guess. I'm not real thrilled about leaving you here alone this close to your due date." Jason says with a sad smile. "Jase, I'll be fine. I promise. Caroline will be around quite a bit. You won't miss anything." I say trying to reassure him. I hear the bus pull up and I give him a sad smile. "Come on, I'll walk you out." I follow him to the driveway and he turns around to kiss me soundly. "I love you." I say as we pull away. "I love you too. And I love you little man." Jase says leaning down to kiss my belly. He stand up and kisses me one last time before heading to the bus.

Jason has only been gone an hour, and I'm already going crazy without him here. I walk up the stairs to the nursery to start putting everything we got from the baby shower away. I'm hanging up some of the onesies, when my phone starts ringing. "Well hey there handsome. Miss me already?" I say answering the phone. "You know I do baby. I still hate that I had to leave." Jason says with a sigh. "It's only a couple of weeks baby. Then you will be home with me and the baby until after the new year. You'll be sick of me by then." I tell him with a laugh. "I don't think that I could ever get tired of you. We are stopping to eat baby. I'll call you before I go to bed. I love you." "I love you too." We hang up the phone and I can't help but smile to myself. Only 13 more days until he is home for a few months.

Jason's POV
I hate leaving Chelsea right now. She's so close to having the baby and I have to be gone for two weeks. I made Caroline promise to keep an eye on her until I get home. They both think I'm being paranoid. "Jason! It's time to hit the stage!" My manager, Michael yells. I walk out and I get hooked up before running out onstage. Only twelve more shows and then I'm home for awhile.

It's time for me to go out and do my encore. I'm taking a drink of water and I feel my phone ring in my pocket. I see it's Chelsea and decide to call her back when I'm done with my show. I run back out onstage as Hicktown starts blasting through the speakers. Someone tosses me a couple beers from side stage and I smash them together like I always do, and cover the people in the front row. "Thank you guys for coming out! I'll see y'all next time!" I yell into the mic as I run off stage. I'm getting unhooked and Michael runs up to me with a phone in his hand. "Jason, it's Caroline. Chelsea is in labor."
