Anxiety crushes me in the place I'm supposed to call home
I dwell here but feel like there's nowhere to goNow house and home is slipping through my fingers
Like abrasive sand, chafing at my raw skin
Wounds that sting and salt that burns as it ligers
Doomed to be banished from your touch until my heart caves inIt's only human to take for granted what you loved
But I still need to go back before the memories are forever gone
