My Heart (God Help Me)

In my heart I got a deep depression.

Misunderstanding life and all its lessons.

Feeling life is moving slow, too much regression.

I'm struggling to find my spot in an world of recession.

Wondering if I'm ever going to make it.

Feeling blank like a picture that never got painted.

Thinking if I'll ever regret my life or hate it.

Having success but never felt like I'm celebrated.

It be great to hear a crowd cheer my name.

Also I think it would be cool to have the fortune and fame.

But I swear that I'm slowly going insane.

Cuz I'm screaming out yet no one feels my pain.

Lord I need your help to make it through.

Please forgive me for everything wrong that I do.

So much pain has made me look for guidance from you.

Tired of reality beating me till I turn purple and blue.

God please show me your forgiveness.

Because you know we've already been through this.

I can help change the world from its sickness.

Just give me one more chance so I can witness.
