I woke up to hear a knock on my door.I groaned but pulled the covers off me, grabbed my phone and stomped to the door.
I opened my apartment door to see a postman.
"Hello, this is for you.The letter box was stuck so I couldn't put it in there, so I'm sorry if I woke you up."He apologised.
That damn letter box.It's stuck again?
I smiled at him leaving my thoughts aside.
"No, not at all.Thank you very much."I said taking the white envelope from his hands.
I shut the door after he left and decided to go into the living room.
No point in getting back to sleep now.What time is it anyway?
I unlocked my phone to check the time.
9:23a.m it read on the screen.
I sighed as I dived into my soft sofa.
Once I sat in a comfortable position I read the back of the envelope, confirming that it definitely was for me.
