Fear.
A driving sensation that follows us around
Coming at us
With or without it's brutal sounds
Haunts us and can hurt
Like getting cut from a stick in the dirt
Fear.
It's not just about being scared
Yet again it isn't fair
Fear is neutral
Positive or negative
But it lurks near
This is a definition of the word fear
